The Fully Managed Experience
In all our properties, you’ll find 5-star quality white linens, and all our adult guests receive relaxing fluffy robes and slippers for the duration of their stay. For each booking, guests will receive our complimentary welcome hamper including all the essentials you need to begin your holiday in style.
Each property will also be equipped with complimentary Noble Isle luxury toiletries in every bathroom. Our expertly trained housekeeping team will make sure the property is meticulously clean on every changeover. With a keen eye for detail, each property is thoroughly checked on every booking.

That is why each of our team has a wide depth of knowledge and understanding in everything they do. From reservations to property management, maintenance to marketing and housekeeping to head of business, our dedicated team are ready for anything, working round the clock to make sure our clients have the best experience whilst staying with us.

Owner
The team is headed up by business owner, Emma Tagg, someone who brings a depth of experience from her time spent running The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market for over 20 years. Her profile in East Anglian hospitality gives her a unique insight into the luxury market, allowing Barefoot to offer a high standard of property and customer service.
Samantha Turner
New Properties Manager
Sam has the key task of sourcing new properties within the glorious radius of North Norfolk to join the Barefoot portfolio. Due to the enormity of this task and how it is the backbone of business’s success, it is only fitting it has a truly dedicated manager. Sam works incessantly to source properties that will ensure unforgettable holidays for our guests and their loved ones.

Reservations Manager
At the hub of the team is Reservations overseen by Brittany, a tight-knit team, brimming with local knowledge and experience, there’s not much they don’t know about our properties or the North Norfolk coastline. Reservations are on hand to manage bookings from start to finish, organising the special touches and concierge to make each stay extra special.

Headed up by Elina the dedicated housekeeping team are committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. The housekeeping department work tirelessly, taking great pride in maintaining immaculate surroundings that reflect our hospitality and care.

Rory and his team in Property Maintenance work hard to ensure all facilities and amenities are in top-notch condition and if you’re staying with us, it won’t be long before you recognise one of our Barefoot vehicles passing you by, doing their checks and making sure everything is just right.

Heading the marketing department and with 19 years’ experience working in Norfolk hospitality Hannah is responsible for the promotion of Barefoot and its portfolio of beautiful properties, from the branding, online presence, content, and e-mail marketing to the social media.
