Thank you for a special place to stay. The interior decor is very tasteful and unique. You have thought of all 'mod-cons' like beach towels and washing line. We just had to stay another night! This is one of the best self catering places we have stayed, cant wait to come back.

We were very pleased with the hamper you left us and the beautiful flower arrangement in the living area. We have had a wonderful stay in your stunning and well-appointed house. Everything has been tip-top, especially the soft furnishings, bedding and the beautiful curtains in all the areas. We have no criticisms and hope to return. The weather was not warm but the house was.

This is by far the best self-catering accommodation we have experienced! The beds are sublime! Elegant decor and wonderful attention to detail on every level, makes this the perfect base to explore Norfolk, and relax in when the weather is not so good. We cannot wait to return.

We have had a wonderful time, weather was great and Docking is a great location as we can go to Brancaster, Snettisham and Sandringham very easily. Barbarella is very clean, colorful and modern.

We're staying in Barbarella - gorgeous! We had a brilliant weekend - absolutely loved North Norfolk and the house was a luxury to come back to after busy days exploring all the sites on offer. Thanks for having us - we hope we can visit again soon!

This year we have stayed in both Isadora and Barbarella. These properties are stunning with imaginative, delightful decor, and a very high standard throughout. The dedication of the owner, to make one’s holiday special, is a boundless, with fantastic attention to quality and detail. Enhancing the guest experience are extra touches such a generous welcome basket and fresh flowers in the rooms. The large beds are super comfy, dressed with perfect duvets and fine fresh linens. Inside and out there is everything provided for a perfect stay, most notably an excellent range of kitchen equipment with enough extra glasses etc. for one not to have to be busy washing up after every use! In our extensive experience of holiday homes these are outstanding; we can barely wait to return again. A big thank you, we unreservedly recommend these wonderful properties.
