Discover the charm of Sugar Beet Barn – a stunning, spacious barn conversion perfect for families and groups. With its unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, Sugar Beet Barn offers a tranquil setting for unforgettable holidays. Enjoy open-plan living, stylish interiors, and ample outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, and located just minutes from Norfolk's stunning coastline and the popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea, it’s the ideal base for exploring the area.

Inside

The main house sleeps 8 with four beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms, while the adjacent cart shed sleeps 2 with its own en suite bedroom and open-plan living area, complete with a kitchenette for added convenience. The heart of the main house boasts large open living spaces and a cosy dual-aspect wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Outside

This magnificent barn is enveloped by its outdoor space. To the front of the barn there is a manicured lawn and wildflower meadows with steel edged paths winding between them. To the rear of the barn there is a south facing paved terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun’s rays.

To the side of the barn there is a large shingle driveway offering ample off-road parking space for all guests.

Nestled in a tranquil countryside location, the property features breathtaking views. Wildlife enthusiasts will delight in spotting wild deer and enjoying exceptional birdwatching opportunities.
