IntroductionWheel House is a superbly appointed self-catering holiday home nestled just a stone's throw from the central village green where you will find you literally have everything you need on your doorstep! Alternatively jump in your car or hop on the Coasthopper bus and take the short trip to the coast where you will find some of the most stunning beaches in the UK!
InsideWheel House has been refurbished to a high level, stylishly furnished, and displays many original artworks. Offering open plan living with a ground floor bedroom plus a further 3 on the first floor, this is a great place to gather your family or friends and spend some quality time together!
OutsideThe beautiful south facing sunny garden is fully enclosed and very well-tended. The patio area boasts a large teak table and chairs for up to 8 guests and a Weber gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining on a warm summers’ day! There is a raised lawn area with a large comfy outdoor sofa perfect for putting your feet up and relaxing on. The lawn is bordered by built-up sleeper beds which are full of established plants and shrubs including lavender, herbs and silver birch trees. There is also a decked area with a 4-person hot tub that can be booked upon request as extra for the duration of your stay for £200. Please note, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be up to maximum temperature on the day of your arrival.
To the front of the property there is a gravel driveway providing off-road parking for 3 cars.

Living areaThe bright and spacious open plan living area is the real hub of the house and is a great social space in which to spend quality time with your loved ones. The large lantern roof and bifold doors fill this room with natural light throughout the day while bespoke lighting by John Cullen creates a beautiful atmosphere in the evening.
The lounge area is furnished with a large corner sofa and an additional smaller sofa, a large Smart TV and a wood-burning stove – the ideal Netflix and chill area! There is also an additional seating area in the corner of the room with 2 armchairs and some bench seating.
The dining area is set beneath the lantern roof and beside the bifold doors. With a large table and chairs comfortably seating 8 guests, this is a great place to entertain while overlooking the pretty rear garden. In the warmer months you can open the bifold doors and unify the interior and exterior spaces.
The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need during your stay including a Smeg cooker and hob, dishwasher, built-in microwave, integrated fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
Utility RoomAdjoining the kitchen, the utility room is a very useful space with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack for all your laundry needs. There is also an additional undercounter fridge and extra storage for all your beach towels, picnic bags, walking boots and wellies!
Bedrooms and BathroomsThere are 4 individually designed bedrooms set over the two floors of this property, the ground floor bedroom being ideal for any guests with mobility issues. All of the bathrooms have motion censored night lighting which is particularly useful for those night time nature calls!
Located on the ground floor, this stylish bedroom offers a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe with drawers, a desk/dressing table, and an en suite with a walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Set on the first floor, this spacious master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a freestanding chest of drawers, and a desk/dressing table. This room also has an en suite with a walk-in rainfall shower with additional power shower option, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Shared by bedrooms 3 and 4, the family bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand baisn, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Set on the first floor overlooking the front of the property, this twin-bedded room has 2 full size single beds, a large chest of drawers and wall hanging space.
