I always look forward to this time of year in North Norfolk there is so much going on for my family to enjoy. The little ones are already looking forward to a fun filled half term and have even started to plan their adorable Halloween costumes. We are so lucky to live in this beautiful place and explore the magical woodlands on our doorstep. We love collecting conquers and pine cones at Sandringham and have already picked our pumpkin in preparation for carving. At the weekends we love wrapping up and taking a brisk autumn walk on Brancaster beach followed by a Sunday lunch in front of the fire in one of our favourite pubs along the Norfolk coastline.
Halloween in our house is all about getting creative and eating lots of treats, toffee apples and popcorn! I have already started to look ahead to half term and what local events are taking place. I have discovered a great line up of exciting days out to choose from. We love the idea of exploring spooky Halloween trails, listening to enchanting stories, taking a ride on the ghost train and will most certainly be taking part in lots of craft activities; the girls especially love the idea of making magic potions and wands.
