The owners of our Barefoot Retreats properties are as important to us as our guests, that’s why we provide a fully managed service to all our home owners to make the whole holiday letting experience as easy as possible.
We’re immensely proud of our exclusive portfolio of luxury properties. We don’t say yes to every property we view, but that ensures all of our properties meet our high standards.
As a Barefoot home owner we will maximise the earning potential of your home by managing all the marketing, PR and guest liaison for you. Unlike other local agencies, we are more than just a booking agent and as a team we will take all of the hassle away from letting out your holiday home by providing our fully managed service. Sharing your holiday home should be as easy and enjoyable as the holidays our guests will enjoy there and we will make it our job to look after your home as if it were our own.
We’re passionate about providing a truly unique experience for our guests, not just a self-catering holiday. Bridging the gap between boutique hotels and traditional self-catering accommodation, we offer more than the average commercial holiday letting agency. Our guests don’t pay a booking fee and our home owners don’t pay anything to join us. Surprisingly our commission fee is the same or less than our local and national competitors. We also cover the cost of professional photography and provide a luxury welcome hamper for guests and manage the cleaning, gardening, maintenance and supply and laundering of linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers for you and our guests and check on your property every two weeks when it isn’t occupied.
We don’t impose any restrictions on how many weeks you choose to let your property either, so it’s up to you how little or much you choose to rent it.
Like our guests you’ll also benefit from our concierge service and the personal touch that’s at the heart of the Barefoot Retreats experience.
We never share your details with our guests and always take a security deposit to ensure that if any accidental damage is incurred during a stay, that this is recovered from the guest and not you. The only feedback you should receive from our guests is the wonderful experience they have enjoyed in your property.
