Open Plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen
The three main areas of the ground floor blend together seamlessly, giving you a space in which your party can congregate, yet still enjoy their own personal pursuits.
The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa that is quite unique in design. Super comfy and in a patchwork colour design, you can laze infront of the curved widescreen TV with DVD player and sound bar.
A dining table for 6 people sits between the kitchen and the lounge. It is also placed perfectly for days when you are able to open the French doors to the enclosed back garden. The table itself creates quite a statement and with comfortable banqueting chairs it is a great spot to enjoy long, late dinners.
A well-appointed kitchen is situated next to the dining table and leaves guests wanting for nothing. Facilities include microwave, induction hob, integrated cooker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The property offers two 1st floor bedrooms.
Bedroom one offers a zip and link super king bed that can also be made as a twin arrangement. If this is required please inform the team at the time of booking. The room features ample built-in storage, dressing table and en suite shower room with WC.
Bedroom two has a king size bed, wardrobe and is directly next to the family bathroom on the landing.
The master bathroom features a nice deep Duravit bath with drench shower over plus hand basin and WC.
In the entrance hallway there is also a WC and basin.
The property offers a safe, enclosed back garden that is divided between a hard-landscaped area on which the BBQ and outside furniture sits, and grassed area with flowery borders.
The property also has off-road parking for up to two cars. Visitors can also make use of the pay and display parking at the nearby Foundry Field public car park.
