Open Plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen
An oasis of calm awaits guests of 11 Sandells Walk. By coupling the edge-of-the-village location with comfortable, modern furnishing the owners have created a quiet sanctuary that all ages can enjoy. The three main areas of the ground floor blend together seamlessly, giving you a space in which your party can congregate, yet still enjoy their own personal pursuits.
The lounge offers two sofas and a large armchair, curved widescreen TV with DVD player and sound bar. Perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day!
A dining table for 6 people sits between the kitchen and the lounge. It is also placed perfectly for days when you are able to open the French doors to the enclosed back garden. For a nice spot to enjoy a paper and a coffee on a fine Spring morning, you could not do much better.
A well-appointed kitchen is situated next to the dining table, from here the chef of the day can easily participate in the other goings on while still being able to make sure that nothing is getting burnt! Facilities include microwave, induction hob, integrated cooker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Continuing with the comfort, you have the use of two 1st floor bedrooms.
Bedroom one offers a zip-and-link super king bed that can also be made as a twin arrangement. If this is required please inform the team at the time of booking. The room features ample built-in storage, dressing table and en suite shower room with WC.
Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and is directly next to the family bathroom on the landing.
The master bathroom features a nice deep Duravit bath with drench shower over plus hand basin and WC.
In the entrance hallway there is also a WC and basin.
The property offers a safe, enclosed back garden that is divided between a hard-landscaped area on which the BBQ and outside furniture sits, and grassed area with flowery borders. Ideal for letting the children loose while enjoying a glass of wine in the sun.
The property also has off-road parking for up to two cars. Visitors can also make use of the pay and display parking at the nearby Foundry Field public car park.
