Much loved by its owners, 2 Links Court has recently been refurbished to offer the guests the most memorable of experiences. Being only a 15 minute walk from Brancaster beach means you can even forget about the car!

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Five generous bedrooms are available; one on the ground floor with a further four on the 1st floor, four of which are en suite. All are comfortable with plenty of hanging and storage space.
Bedroom one is located next to the main lounge on the ground floor and features a divan style super king bed, TV, DVD player. The en suite bathroom has a luxurious free-standing bath, separate walk in shower, double basin and WC. The bed in this room can also be made into twins, please ask at the time of booking if you would prefer this arrangement.
Bedroom two is the first of the upstairs bedrooms and has a divan style super king bed.
Bedroom three is one for the children as it offers a bunk bed plus single bed. The room has its own en suite bath, basin and WC. The owners have generously left plenty of toys for the children to enjoy, not many properties go to so much trouble for the little ones!
Bedroom four has a divan style super king bed and has an en suite with walk in shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom five has a divan style king size bed with TV and en suite walk in shower, basin and WC.
In addition, you also have a shower room on the first floor landing and a cloakroom with WC on the ground floor.
Kitchen & Dining Room
The kitchen has the feeling of a true country style kitchen, with Aga, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and full inventory, the house is well prepared for catering for special celebrations or larger groups. Ample seating is available with an eight seater table in the kitchen and a separate dining room nearby that will seat twelve people comfortably. The spacious dining room is also a great place to gather for drinks should the weather render the garden less attractive.
You also have the use of the utility room where you’ll find a washer/dryer.
2 Links Court offers two lounges for its guests to relax in, both including TV and DVD player and found on the ground floor. Having the choice of lounges is a real bonus when looking to keep the children content and with it being directly next to the main lounge they will never be too far away.
The main lounge space is a well-proportioned and comfortable place to put your feet up with ample seating, feature fire place with wood burner and a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. You are also able to open up the patio doors into the garden, further adding to the versatility of the reception areas.
Accessed via the patio doors in the kitchen or the main lounge, the rear garden is completely enclosed making it ideal for children and dogs to safely play whilst still being close to the rest of your group. The garden has a small grassed area that is bordered by beds of lavender and rosemary, adjacent to this you also have a patio area on which you have outdoor table and seating. In this area you are well protected and it’s often a great sun trap to relax in.
Off-road parking for up to four cars at the front and side of the building.
A key destination for any visit to the North Norfolk coast, the Brancasters offer a wide range of activities and opportunities for all ages. Both villages have been formed around the ‘coast road’ (A149) and can easily be explored by walking the pathways that link the two together. You will find excellent places to eat, offering locally caught produce from the harbour at Brancaster Staithe, mussels and oysters are real local delicacies but a special mention goes to samphire which can only be found in Norfolk (and contains more iron than spinach!).
Brancaster also offers one of the UK’s most challenging links courses, the Royal West Norfolk. The adjacent beach features spectacular wildlife including seals, waders, skylarks and the odd passing hobby. For those looking to explore the surrounding seas and creaks, boats and canoes can be hired from Brancaster Staithe harbour. For the uninitiated, why not begin your sailing with some expert training with the local experts.
Historic Holkham with its wonderful white sandy beach, Burnham Market and its independent shopping and Wells-next-the-Sea with its beach huts are all only a short drive away too!
