2 Manor House Apartment is a fabulous ground floor apartment nestled in the heart of Brancaster, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach! This splendid retreat has been thoughtfully furnished to an exceptionally high standard, creating the ideal retreat for friends to gather or couples looking for a romantic getaway! Please be aware, we cannot accept dogs or children under the age of 11 at 2 Manor House Apartment.
Set in a private complex that is set back from the ‘coast road’, this peaceful retreat is perfectly placed within walking distance to the expansive sands at Brancaster beach, the Royal Golf Club, the coastal footpath and The Ship Hotel restaurant. Sleeping four guests in two chic bedrooms, complete with a sumptuous family bathroom, this peaceful sanctuary is sure to impress and will lift the weight from your shoulders from the moment you arrive!
As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into the homely hallway affording access to the open plan living area, the two bedrooms, the family bathroom and the utility cupboard. There is also ample hanging space for your coats and storage for your shoes.
In the utility cupboard you will find the washer/drier, iron and ironing board, and an insulated picnic bag, complete with cutlery and crockery – load it up with your picnic and a bottle of chilled wine and head to the beach!
Living Area and Kitchen
The beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge provides the ideal social space for your party to gather so that you can all congregate, while still being able to enjoy your own pursuits. Overlooking the front of the apartment, the three large sash windows fill the room with natural light, or in the winter close the blinds, light the wood burner and make it nice and cosy!
The Kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer including an ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven and hob, large sink, toaster and a microwave.
The lounge area comprises a large sofa and a comfy armchair nestled around the wood burning stove. Featuring a Smart TV including Netflix and BT TV, and a games cupboard with scrabble, Uno, playing cards and a puzzle, providing entertainment for all the family.
The large round dining table comfortably seats four people and is set in front of the large sash windows overlooking the attractive communal gardens.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: This sophisticated bedroom features a King bed, dressing table, wardrobe and a huge feature mirror. The two sash windows make the room beautifully light and bright and allow views over the pretty garden area to the side of the apartment.
Bedroom 2: This elegant, cosy bedroom is equipped with a King bed and a large wardrobe. This room also benefits from having its own en suite shower room featuring a rain effect shower, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.
The spacious family bathroom is a stunning example of opulence. Featuring a large freestanding bath with a hand-held shower attachment offering 3 different power settings, a separate walk-in rain effect shower, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail. Indulge yourself in a nice hot bubble bath, pour yourself a glass of bubbly and experience the true meaning of relaxing in luxury.
To the front of the apartment there is a patio area with an outdoor dining set, and opposite this there is a communal grassed area with pretty shrubs and established trees. You also have access to the rear storage unit where you will find the BBQ, which can be brought round to the patio area.
There are 2 allocated parking spaces in the car park to the side of the apartment.
