4 Manor House Apartment is part of a private complex set just off the ‘coast road’. Brancaster is one of the most sought-after coastal villages on the North Norfolk Coast with its heritage coastline and fine sandy beaches in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you will find yourself within easy reach of the beautiful sandy Brancaster beach of which you can walk to in 15 minutes. Also in the village there is a pub/restaurant – The Ship Inn, the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, a village store, post office, Tennis courts and a children’s play just a 5 minute walk away. From here you are also well positioned to explore more of Norfolk, whether it be on the coast or inland and take in the beauty of this wonderous county!
As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into the homely hallway affording access to the open plan living area, the two bedrooms, the family bathroom and the utility cupboard. There is also hanging space for your coats.
In the utility cupboard you will find the washer/drier, a cool bag and a “mud daddy” for you to use on your dog walks.
The beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge provides a great social space for your party to gather together, while still being able to enjoy your individual pursuits. Overlooking the front of the apartment, the three large sash windows fill the room with natural light, or in the winter close the blinds, and snuggle around the cosy wood burner!
The Kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, large sink with Quooker tap, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave.
The lounge area comprises a large sofa and 2 comfy armchairs nestled around the wood burning stove and Smart TV.
The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 guests for formal dining and is set in front of the large sash windows overlooking the attractive communal gardens.

Bedroom 1 – Overlooking the gardens to the side on the apartment, this light and spacious bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, dressing table with stool and mirror, a freestanding wardrobe with built-in drawers and a relaxing armchair. This room also boasts an en suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 2 – This coastal themed room is light and airy and is furnished with a king size bed, dressing table with stool and mirror, a freestanding wardrobe with built-in drawers and a chaise lounge.
Family Shower Room – The contemporary family shower room is equipped with a walk-in rainfall shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
To the front of the apartment there is a large communal grassed area with pretty shrubs and established trees. You also have use of your own allocated patio area with an outdoor dining set, wood-fired firepit and parasol. You also have access to a gas BBQ, an Ooni pizza oven and 2 garden bean bags available for you to use.
There are 2 allocated parking spaces in the car park to the side of the apartment.
