Set in a private complex just off the ‘coast road’, this peaceful retreat is perfectly placed within walking distance to the expansive sands at Brancaster beach, the Royal Golf Club, the coastal footpath, village shop and The Ship Hotel restaurant. Sleeping up to five guests in three elegant bedrooms, this peaceful sanctuary is sure to impress, with all your troubles melting away from the moment you arrive!
As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into the homely hallway affording access to the open plan living area, the three bedrooms, the family shower room and the utility cupboard. There is also hanging space for your coats and jackets.
In the utility cupboard you will find the washer/drier, iron and ironing board.
The beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge provides the ideal social space for your party to gather so that you can all be together yet enjoying your own pursuits.
The Kitchen area is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer including a water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, large sink, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate boiling hot water tap for your tea and coffee requirements!
The lounge area comprises a large corner sofa and a comfy armchair nestled around the cosy wood burning stove. Featuring a Smart TV with a DVD player, there is also a large selection of DVD’s and family games stored in the cupboard, providing entertainment for all the family.
The large round dining table comfortably seats five people and is set in front of the large windows providing plenty of natural light and offering views across the attractive communal gardens and surrounding village.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: This light and spacious bedroom features an attractive double bed, relaxing armchair, wall mounted TV, chest of drawers and a spacious dressing area. This room also boasts its own en suite with and walk-in rainfall effect shower, WC, hand basin, Heated towel rail and a laundry basket.
Bedroom 2: This elegant bedroom is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and wall hanging space.
The contemporary family shower room provides a walk-in rainfall effect shower, WC, wash hand basin and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: The cosy third bedroom offers a comfy double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. Please note that due to restricted head height this room is only suitable for 1 guest.
To the front of the apartment building there is an allocated patio area with an outdoor dining set and a large hanging egg chair – perfect for relaxing in during the summer months! Opposite this there is a communal grassed area with pretty shrubs and established trees. You also have access to the rear storage unit where you will find the BBQ, which can be brought round to the patio area, as well as some beach equipment which you are welcome to make use of.
There are 2 allocated parking spaces in the car park to the side of the apartment building.
