Alternatively, jump in the car and you can be on the coast within 5 minutes where you will find the many beautiful sandy beaches, at least one for each day of the week!

Upon entering Catherine Place you are presented with a large and inviting open-plan living area featuring a stunning kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable lounge.
The kitchen area is beautifully light and airy due to the lantern roof overhead and is kitted out with top of the range appliances including an integrated oven/microwave, separate hob, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer with an ice/water dispenser and a Quooker boiling tap. There is also a Robert’s Radio available so that the chef can enjoy some background music whilst cooking up a storm!
Set between the kitchen and lounge is the spacious dining area. With 8 comfy chairs around a large attractive wooden table, this stylish area is the perfect place to come together and enjoy a gourmet meal all together before retiring to the sofas. Here you will also find a Sonos speaker for you to use.
The comfortable lounge area comprises a large corner sofa and 2-seater sofa, all set around a cosy wood burning stove and large Smart TV, making it perfect for family gatherings or a group of friends wanting to spend quality time together.
In addition to the open plan living area there is also a separate utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer and a boot room which leads out onto the rear courtyard, which has lots of coat hooks.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are three spacious en suite bedrooms, each of which have been individually designed and furnished to a high standard to provide the most luxurious retreats.
Master bedroom: This elegant bedroom features a super king size bed, Smart TV, dressing room and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and integrated TV, separate walk-in drench shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: This chic bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, en suite with bath, separate walk-in double shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3: Located up a separate staircase above the garage, the private third bedroom has a super king zip-and-link bed, TV and an en suite with a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.
There is also a separate downstairs WC.
The private, fully enclosed walled front garden makes a great spot for pre-supper drinks or al fresco dining.
There are two outside taps, one with a hose which is handy for washing off your boots after a trip to the beach!
At the rear of the property there is off-road parking for 3 cars, 1 inside the garage and 2 beside it. The inside walls of the garage have even been carpeted so that you don’t damage your car doors, you can’t get more thoughtful than that! There is also an electric charge point for cars on the external wall of the garage.
