The nearby beaches of Brancaster and Holkham are still within 10 minutes in the car, as are many other fantastic options for eating out.
Cobblestones has been beautifully renovated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The design in the living areas has created an open, airy feel that encourages you to take in the greenery of the garden and the village beyond, with bi-fold doors allowing you to open up the house on sunny, warm days.
Located in the heart of Burnham Market, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of country life, while a 2 minutes’ walk will bring you to the centre of the village, where you will find an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Alternatively, take a 5-minute drive in the opposite direction and you will find yourself on the stunning North Norfolk coast with a plethora of sandy beaches to choose from.
The modern open plan dining/living area overlooks the pretty rear garden and comprises of a generous dining table for 8 guests, and a cosy lounge area with smart TV. Both areas have the use of the large bi-fold doors that take you out into the enclosed garden.
The lounge features plenty of comfy seating for after dinner relaxation.
Adjacent to the dining/living area is the well-equipped contemporary kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. Here you will find everything you could possibly need during your stay and top of the range appliances, including a large built in fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, oven and hob, microwave and wine fridge.
There is also a separate utility room where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, a sink and have access to the back garden.
On the 1st floor, there are four individually designed and beautifully furnished bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people.
Bedroom 1 – Sophisticated master bedroom, with views of the church. Featuring a super King size bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a Smart TV. This room also has its own en suite with walk-in shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 – Offering much the same as the ‘master’ bedroom, featuring a super King size bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a Smart TV. This room also has walk-in shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 – This elegant King size bedroom provides a Juliette balcony to enjoy the views of the garden and is well appointed with good storage and lighting.
Bedroom 4 – also overlooking the quiet rear garden, this room offers twin beds.
In addition to the two en suite bedrooms, you also have a family bathroom on the 1st floor that offers a luxurious free-standing bath and separate shower.
To the rear of the property, there is an established garden that is fully enclosed and backs on to the parkland of Westgate Hall, creating a nice quiet space for the enjoyment of all. With the parkland nearby, this garden can become a real haven for birds and wildlife, with owls, kestrels and other raptors often patrolling the area.
Adjacent to the lawned area, you have comfortable outside seating complete with a fire pit and a separate place to dine, perfect for those sunny days or the Winter months too!
To the front of the property there is a generous amount of off-road parking for up to 5 cars on the gravel drive. This area is secured by a coded electric gate. Please note Cobblestones is not dog friendly.
