Set just off the coast road in the popular village of Thornham, Dunes’ Reach is a beautifully appointed, newly built property offering a fantastic family coastal retreat. Thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout, the open plan living area makes a great social space for the family to gather, while the three bedrooms offer ultimate comfort for guests to relax, recharge and unwind. In the summer you can unify the interior and exterior spaces by opening up the bifold doors, or in the winter you can hunker down around the roaring wood burner.
The village of Thornham has plenty to offer, with reputable pubs and restaurants, as well as the ever-expanding Drove Orchards complex offering fabulous eateries and shops, you really are spoilt for choice with wonderful dining options! You are also well positioned to explore the glorious North Norfolk coast where you will always find things to see and do, whatever your interests.
The beautifully light open plan living space is comprised of a kitchen, dining, and lounge area, making it a great social space to spend time together as a family while also being able to enjoy your individual pursuits. There are also 2 sets of bi-fold doors and a set of French doors that can all be opened up to unify the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The modern kitchen area is very well-equipped with everything you will need and more. Featuring an integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and more. There is also an adjoining ‘laundry cupboard’ where you will find the washer/dryer and a counter-top ice machine, perfect for those G & T’s!
The dining area features an attractive wooden dining table, comfortably seating 6 guests at mealtimes while over-looking the pretty rear garden.
The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas for you to sink into while enjoying some entertainment on the Smart TV or playing some family boardgames. In the winter you can fire up the wood burner to make the room extra cosy!
There is also a ground floor cloakroom with a WC. Here you can also tidily store your coats and shoes away.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Located on the first floor there are 3 individually designed bedrooms offering you a comfortable night’s sleep!
Bedroom 1: Featuring an attractive 4 poster double bed, built-in wardrobe, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Offering a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table with stool.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for the children or teenagers in the party, this room has a bunk bed, with a single on top and a small double at the bottom, and a freestanding wardrobe.
Family Bathroom: The contemporary family bathroom is set on the first floor and offers a bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel radiator.
There is also a ground floor WC.
To the rear of the property there is a lovely fully enclosed garden offering a peaceful sanctuary in which to relax and while the days away. The patio area offers seating for up to 6 guests as well as a BBQ in the summer months, perfect for those warm, light evenings. There is also a lawned area edged with wooden sleeper beds filled with pretty plants, and in the corner, there is a swinging chair to relax on and enjoy the peaceful country air.
At the front of the property there are 2 off-road parking spaces located on the gravel driveway.
