The ground floor is open plan with a cosy lounge area, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Head up to the first floor where you will find two charming bedrooms that have been thoughtfully furnished and the attractive shower room. At the front of the property there is a well-maintained paved courtyard where you can sit and watch the world go by. Perfectly positioned in the popular village of Thornham, this luxury bolt hole is sure to tickle your taste buds!
The ground floor offers a gorgeous open plan living area that has been beautifully designed and furnished to create a delightful social space for your party to enjoy.
Entry to the property brings you straight into the living area where you will find a chest in which to store your footwear, and hooks on which to hang your coats.
There is a cute lounge area complete with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV with Sky Q.
The kitchen area has been very well-equipped and features an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and even a food mixer for the budding bakers in the group!
There is also a dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 guests for a formal meal.
Please note that the freezer is in the under-stairs cupboard at this property.
Bedrooms and Shower Room
There are two charming bedrooms located on the first floor, both of which have been thoughtfully furnished and share the family shower room.
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom located at the top of the stairs features a king-size bed, chest of drawers and wall hanging space.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom located at the top of the stairs features a double bed complete with a cute patchwork quilted throw, chest of drawers and wall hanging space.
The attractive family shower room is shared by the two adjacent bedrooms and features a walk-in rainfall shower, WC, hand basin and a wall-mounted towel rail.
At the front of the property, there is a well-maintained paved courtyard offering a relaxed seating area where you can sit a watch the world go by while enjoying a nice chilled glass of Prosecco! There is also 4 adult bikes available and the courtyard shed is packed with everything you may require for a superb day out at the beach! You will also find a dog crate in the shed which is extremely handy if you’ve ran out of space in the car for your own!
There is unrestricted roadside parking available outside the property.
