Grayling
Burnham Market • Sleeps 8 • Dogs welcome

The open plan nature of the living areas is perfect for groups, while the snug provides a breakaway space for the children (or the adults!) Four quiet bedrooms await, two of which are en suite, with the others being serviced by a family bathroom, complete with a large bath.

Living Area
As a space to entertain, the open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen work fantastically well. You’ll find them to be generous, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared.
The natural light that comes from the large skylight and bi-fold doors in this room is immediately noticeable, bringing a light, spacious and airy feel, especially in the morning.
In front of the large TV with DVD player, you’ll find two large sofas to relax into.
The contemporary style kitchen has plenty of worktop space and equipment including; Stoves range with induction hob, wine fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a large fridge and freezer.
There is also a centre island housing the microwave with two upright stools.
The adjacent dining table is generously proportioned with seating for 8 people.
Nearby, to the rear of the house, you have a set of large bi-fold doors that lead out to the garden. Towards the front of the house you will find the main sitting room and another set of bi-fold doors that lead to the patio and seating at the front of the building.
Snug
The snug is a comfortable room with two large velour sofas, ideal for enjoying a film on the large widescreen Smart TV (complete with soundbar!) or a board game with the family.

Location
Located a few minutes from the coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Burnham Market is for many the jewel in North Norfolk’s crown. Set in the heart of the royal coast, this stunning Georgian village has a green surrounded by 18th century houses, shops, chic boutiques and The Hoste, one of the most popular places to eat and drink in North Norfolk and only ashort walk from the cottage. With an abundance of small village shops including a butcher, fresh fish shop, green grocers, wine merchant and deli you are spoilt for choice.
Recently, Burnham Market has seen three more fabulous places to eat open for business. Socius, The Bistro and Number 29 all offer something different and are well worth a look! All-weather tennis courts can be found an easy stroll away on the village playing field.
A short drive and you’ll discover the sailing harbours at Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe and the beaches and Royal West Norfolk Golf Course at Brancaster. Historic Holkham with its wonderful white sandy beach and Wells-next-the-Sea with its beach huts are a short drive away too.
Don’t forget that Barefoot can arrange for bikes to be delivered to the property if you fancy exploring the quiet lanes and beautiful countryside. Collect your picnic from Humble Pie in the village and head to the coast!
