Walk out through the French doors from the living and dining area and into the sunny rear garden and out through the little gate and you can stroke and feed the horses and ponies in the field opposite. Stroll a few hundred yards further and you can enter Park Farm where you can enjoy deer safari’s and appreciate how a large farm bordering the Sandringham Estate runs day-to-day. A favourite with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their young family, you are in a perfect location to appreciate the bird life and nature that this fabulous part of North Norfolk offers, yet you are only a few miles drive from the facilities and sandy beaches at Heacham, Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton.
