Lynwood House is a stunning addition to the Barefoot Retreats portfolio and it has certainly raised the bar of luxury. It offers the perfect combination of space to relax and entertain on the very doorstep of our breathtaking coastline. Set over four floors, with magnificent views towards the sea at the front and overlooking the manicured garden at the rear, it is the perfect setting to take in the wild North Norfolk coastline. An amazing retreat, whether it be for a winter break or a barmy summer escape, this modern bespoke home is sure to exceed all expectations.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The five bedrooms are set over two floors, three on the first floor and two more on the second floor.
The stylish master bedroom suite makes the most of the stunning views over the marshes onto the sea which you can enjoy from the private balcony. This spacious room has a log effect gas fire, comfy seating area with flat screen TV and a walk in dressing room. The en suite bathroom features his and hers wash hand basins, bath, double shower and heated towel rail.
Bedroom two also benefits from the spectacular views to the front and balcony access, with built in wardrobes and stunning design features.
Bedroom three offers a king size bed and has views over the rear garden.
The family bathroom on the first floor has his and hers wash hand basins, bath, separate shower cubicle and WC with a plethora of natural light flooding the room with the aid of the mirrored surfaces.
Bedroom four is on the second floor with twin beds and built in cupboards with its neutral decoration that assures the stunning surroundings are the ‘art to its walls’.
Separating the two second floor bedrooms there is a stunning galleried study area.
Bedroom five is also at the top of the house with Jack and Jill en suite bathroom comprising of bath, double wash hand basin and WC.
Reception Space and Kitchen
The heart of the house offers a stylish, modern kitchen flowing seamlessly into the dining area, with bi-fold doors to the front opening onto a decked dining area and the raised seating area beyond.
The open plan living room offers comfortable seating in this laid back family space, with bi-fold doors at the front and rear. There is a flat screen TV and the walls are completed with stunning art work.
Nestled just off the main living room there is a cosy sitting room with built in wood burning fire, flat screen TV and double doors leading to the garden.
Downstairs the ‘cinema room’ is perfectly positioned to relax and enjoy a good book or put your feet up and watch a film. Alternatively this would be an ideal space for teenagers to have to themselves. However you choose to use the room it completes the flexibility to this wonderful living space.
Garden and Outside
The sweeping driveway to the front affords ample off road parking, and as you climb the steady steps up to the property you will be greeted by the stunning architecture and well established gardens. There is gated access to the rear garden via the side of the house that is mainly laid to lawn, with mature established plants and sheltered seating areas to relax in during your stay. With an array of outside dining areas to the front and rear you really will be spoilt for choice and could eat alfresco in a different spot for each meal throughout the day.
