Alternatively, you are just a short drive from the breath-taking North Norfolk coast and its plethora of stunning beaches.


Nestled in the heart of beautiful Burnham Market, Market View is perfectly positioned within walking distance of some of the best restaurants around and all the wonderful independent boutique shops, yet still able to escape the hustle and bustle of this vibrant village. Furnished to a very high standard with artwork aplenty and top-end appliances, fixtures and fittings throughout this luxury abode makes a great place to put your feet up and relax in style!
Step inside Market View and you will immediately feel the weight lift from your shoulders and your troubles melt away! Offering five luxurious bedrooms, lavish en suites, an enclosed private garden and a very large and inviting open-plan living area, this house is perfect for family gatherings or a group of friends wanting to spend quality time together.
Living areas
Upon entering Market View you are presented with a large and inviting entrance hall where you will find a coat stand and baskets to store your shoes away tidily, as well as access to the open plan living area, ground floor WC and the staircase to the first and second floors.
Open the double doors into the capacious and homely open-plan living area and you will be presented with a stunning kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable lounge.
The comfortable lounge area comprises 2 large sofas and separate chairs, all centred around a cosy wood burning stove and Smart TV, making it perfect for family gatherings or a group of friends wanting to spend quality time together.
Set between the kitchen and lounge is the spacious dining area. With 10 comfy chairs around a large attractive wooden table, this stylish area is the perfect place to come together and enjoy a gourmet meal before retiring to the sofas. Here you will also find a Sonos speaker for you to use and a selection of board games to provide you with family entertainment.
The kitchen area is beautifully light and airy due to the lantern roof overhead and is kitted out with top of the range appliances including an integrated double oven/microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, a large American style fridge freezer with an ice and water dispenser, double sink and boiling hot water tap.
In addition to the open plan living area there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, separate tumble dryer and an additional large sink. There is also a door which leads out into the rear paved courtyard where there is a quiet seating area for 4. From the utility room, there are also stairs that lead up to the fifth bedroom with en suite.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are five spacious bedrooms, each of which have been individually designed and furnished to a high standard to provide the most luxurious retreat.
Bedroom 1: Set on the first floor, this chic bedroom provides a king size zip-and-link bed (can be made into a twin), a freestanding chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a dressing table with chair and mirror. There is also an en suite with a bath, separate walk-in double shower, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: The stylish master bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking the front of property and offers a super king bed, freestanding chest of drawers, a walk-in closet/dressing room and relaxed seating. The en suite is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath with integrated TV, a separate large walk-in shower with four functions available, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: Set on the second floor, this bedroom has a light and airy feel due to the 2 large velux windows and offers a king size zip-and-link bed, (can be made into a twin) freestanding chest of drawers, wall hanging space, relaxed seating and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 4: Also located on the second floor, this bright and spacious room provides a super king zip-and-link bed, freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers and relaxed seating.
Bathroom: The contemporary family shower room is set between bedrooms 3 and 4 on the second floor and is equipped with a bath with shower attachment and integrated TV, a separate walk-in double shower, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 5: Accessed up a separate staircase from the utility room and set above the garage, this elegant bedroom offers peace, quiet and privacy. Furnished with a double bed, sofa and armchair for relaxing in, dressing table and stool, freestanding drawers and wall hanging space. This room also has an en suite with a walk-in double shower, light up mirror, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Please note that the zip and link beds are not made as twins as standard.
There is also a separate ground floor WC.

Outside
The private, fully enclosed walled front garden makes a great spot for pre-supper drinks or al fresco dining. Complete with a bordered lawn and patio area where there is a table and seating for up to 10 guests, a Webber gas BBQ, and a large parasol. There is also a private paved courtyard at the rear of the property.
There are two outside taps, one with a hose close to the back gate, which is handy for washing off your boots or the dog after a trip to the beach!
There are 2 off-road car parking spaces at the rear of the property, and if additional parking is needed then you can park on-street or in the large pay and display car park just two minutes’ walk away.
