Marshlands is a stunning and spacious three bedroom property backing onto the coastal path at Brancaster affording magnificent views over the marsh and onto the sea. It offers the perfect balance of living and sleeping accommodation complimented by the breathtaking outside space.
The family room is the perfect space for friends and family to relax and interact whilst cooking, having breakfast or just planning the day’s adventures with TV and DVD player you’re sure to feel right at home.
At the heart of this wonderful retreat is the well equipped, modern kitchen with everything you will need to create a culinary delight or a picnic lunch to eat alfresco.
The dining room comfortably seats eight and with double doors that open onto the sitting room can be used as a formal dining space or opened up to create a sociable entertaining space.
The sitting room rear windows provide the perfect natural backdrop to this stunning home enabling glimpses into nature’s playground. With wood burning stove and luxurious soft furnishings the beautifully decorated space is further complimented with the addition of a grand piano and double doors leading onto the secluded bbq decking area.
On the ground floor there is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail with window affording views over the garden.
The ground floor bedroom offers the flexibility of zip and link beds that can either be twin or super king size (please specify your requirements when booking.)

With patio sun lounge area, decked sun terrace and a hidden BBQ dining area you will be sure to delight at the wonders upon your doorstep. Unfortuately Marshlands is not dog friendly.
