With modern, coastal themed rooms, Olive Tree House provides laid-back luxury living at its very best!
Olive Tree House is very well-equipped, you will not want for anything while you are here. The open plan kitchen/dining room is great for socialising together before retiring to the comfortable lounge/cinema room to relax while watching your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. The six bedrooms provide everyone with their own private space where you can escape and leave your worries behind and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you!
Set just a 2-minute walk from the centre of the village where there is a selection of independent shops, boutiques, galleries and restaurants, providing all the necessities of everyday life. You are also spoilt for choice with fantastic places to eat in the village including two pubs, tea rooms, and two unique restaurants which are all well worth a visit!
Situated just a stone’s throw away from the stunning North Norfolk coastline, you are perfectly placed to explore and enjoy the gloriously sandy beaches, some of the best coastal walks and the abundance of natural wildlife that make up this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Please note that stairgates cannot be fitted to the staircase so can only be used in a bedroom doorway.
All of the large floor to ceiling windows are fitted with safety mechanisms that allow them to only open a small amount. This is to stop anybody falling out of them and to provide air flow when required in the summer months.
The beautiful open-plan kitchen/dining room has a large, vaulted ceiling and offers ample space for your party to come together and spend some quality time together. Stunningly designed with contemporary furnishings this room is packed with style and full of natural light. In the warmer months you can open the bifold doors onto the patio area and combine the interior and exterior spaces.
The head chef in the group will enjoy cooking up a storm in the super stylish, well-equipped kitchen while enjoying the views of the attractive garden. Here you will find everything you need all in one place, including a large American fridge freezer, built-in oven, separate ceramic hob, two integrated dishwashers and a Magimix Nespresso coffee machine. Attached to the kitchen there is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large ceramic butler sink.
The large dining table offers plenty of space to comfortably seat up to 12 guests for a formal sit-down meal. You can relax here long into the evening enjoying nice wine and good conversation before retiring to the cosier lounge/cinema room.
There is also a snug area offering comfortable relaxed seating and a Smart TV.
The light and spacious stylish lounge offers a large horseshoe-shaped comfy sofa for you to all sink into and enjoy your favourite TV series on Netflix or even an epic movie on the large Smart TV with surround sound! In the Summer you can open the bifold doors onto the large patio area, or in the winter months you can close yourself away and snuggle up or enjoy some family board games – just keep it friendly!
Just behind the lounge in the spacious hallway you will find a full-size American pool table for you to enjoy! Who will be crowned king or queen of the pool table?!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 6 individually designed, sophisticated bedrooms set over the two floors of this house as well as 3 lavish en-suites, 2 of which are jack and jill and shared by 2 bedrooms each. There is also a ground floor WC.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor is the twin bedroom with two full-size single beds, a freestanding chest of drawers and hanging space. The ground floor WC is located next to this bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Set on the first floor, this king size bedroom has a large freestanding chest of drawers with additional hanging space located in bedroom 3, and shares a jack and jill shower room with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Set on the first floor, this king size bedroom has a large freestanding chest of drawers, double fitted wardrobes, and shares a jack and jill shower room with bedroom 2.
Jack and Jill Shower Room 1: This contemporary shower room has been thoughtfully designed to a high standard with a rainfall effect corner shower with an additional handheld shower attachment, WC, Duravit hand basin and plenty of storage space.
Master Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 4): Centrally located on the first floor is the sumptuous master bedroom suite. This bright and spacious bedroom offers a super king size bed, built-in wardrobes, freestanding chest of drawers, relaxed seating and a lavish 4-piece en suite bathroom. The stunning marble bathroom features twin sinks, a bath, separate rainfall effect shower, WC and heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 5: This first-floor king size bedroom has double fitted wardrobes, a separate freestanding chest of drawers and shares a jack and jill shower room with bedroom 6.
Bedroom 6: This first-floor king size bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, separate freestanding chest of drawers and bifold doors with a Juliette balcony. This room shares a jack and jill shower room with bedroom 5.
Jack and Jill Shower Room 2: This contemporary shower room has been thoughtfully designed to a high standard with a rainfall effect corner shower with an additional handheld shower attachment, WC and a Duravit hand basin.
When you arrive at Olive Tree House you will pass through the electric gates and follow the sweeping gravel drive round to the house where you can park up to 6 cars on the brick weave and gravel driveway.
The expansive garden fully envelops the property. The garden is fully enclosed when the electric gates are closed meaning that any children or dogs in the party can safely play while the parents minds are fully at ease. A large proportion of the garden is laid to lawn while there is also a large, decked area with outdoor seating including a table and benches as well as a double hanging chair. There is also a gas BBQ available for you to use making this the perfect area to enjoy alfresco dining long into the warm summer evenings! Please note that a small dog may be able to escape via the front gate.
