Seagrass is a delightful coastal retreat set just around the corner from the beautiful unspoilt beach of Old Hunstanton. This charming three-bedroom property offers everything you could want for a relaxing beach-based holiday; including a large enclosed garden, off-road parking, children and dogs are welcome, and it has its very own hot tub! Seagrass is the ideal base for families or friends to enjoy a seaside holiday any time of year.
Nestled in the coastal village of Old Hunstanton, Seagrass combines characterful accommodation with a fantastic location! Located close to the beach and the popular restaurants within the village, Seagrass is the ideal hideaway for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing coastal retreat. This property also boasts its very own hot tub, which makes this haven even more of a treat!
The enticing open plan kitchen/diner has a stunning central feature chalk wall that separates the two areas.
The kitchen area is equipped with all the essential appliances and equipment you will need to cook your family a gourmet meal! Offering an oven, two built-in ceramic hobs, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied).
The dining area seats up to 6 guests around the circular table, which is positioned overlooking the rear garden.
The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax any time of year. In the winter months you can light the wood burner to snuggle around and enjoy a good film on the Smart TV, or in the warmer summer months you can open the French doors onto the large decking area to unify the interior and exterior spaces!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are three homely bedrooms on the first floor, all of which have shared use of the family bathroom.
Bedroom 1: overlooking the rear garden, this bedroom is filled with natural light through the large Velux windows and offers a king size bed (which is zip and link so can also be a twin) and a large chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: this elegant bedroom offers a super king size bed (which is zip and link so can also be a twin), a chest of drawers, wall hanging space and a comfy armchair for some relaxed reading time!
Bedroom 3: Providing a set of bunk beds and a large built-in wardrobe, this room is ideal for the children in the party!
Family Bathroom: set in the eaves of the house, this unique bathroom provides a bath with hand-held shower attachment, walk-in power shower, chaise lounge, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail. There is also a separate WC with hand basin located on the ground floor.
To the front of the property there is off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
To the rear of the property there is a large decked area running along the back of the property. There is an al fresco dining area on the upper part of the decking with a table and chairs comfortably seating 6 guests. There is also a gas BBQ available for guests to use.
Head down to the lower tier of decking where you will find the luxurious hot tub! Why not have a pre-breakfast dip and enjoy listening to the morning bird song or pour yourself a glass of bubbly and have a celebratory soak long into the evening, maybe even under the stars! You can even enjoy listening to your own relaxing or romantic playlist while having a soak by connecting your device to the hot tub.
The large grassed area is perfect for the kids to play safely at their leisure. While the garden is enclosed by dense hedging, it is not secure for those expert canine escapologists within the group!
The beautiful sandy beach of Old Hunstanton is located just around the corner, less than a 5-minute walk away! You can even wash off the sand when you return home with the outdoor shower located on the decking at the rear of the property.
