The classic coastal themed kitchen diner is a delightful area in which to gather your party This beautifully light room is the ideal place in which to bring everyone together to socialise over a tasty meal and a glass of bubbles, or two, while not leaving out the master chef in the group! With large bi-fold doors offering views of the rear garden, the room is filled with natural light and in the summer, these can be opened up to unify the interior and exterior spaces.
The contemporary fitted kitchen is very well equipped with a large Cuisine Master cooker and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
The dining area has a large wooden table with a combination of bench seating and chairs and comfortably seats at least 6 guests.
The homely lounge is the ideal place to put your feet up and relax in comfort. With 2 large sofas to sink into you can enjoy watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Suited to any season, in the cooler months you can snuggle around the roaring wood burner, or in the warmer months you can open the bi-fold doors and invite the outside in!

There are 3 stylish bedrooms located on the first floor, one of which is en suite. All of the bedrooms have been beautifully furnished to provide a peaceful refuge from everyday life!
Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is furnished with a super king bed, a double built-in wardrobe, separate chest of drawers and a Smart TV. This room also boasts its own en suite with a large walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 2: This twin-bedded room overlooks the rear garden and features 2 full sized single beds, a chest of drawers and wall hanging space.
Bedroom 3: Overlooking the front of the property, this stylish bedroom features a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a separate chest of drawers.
The contemporary family bathroom services bedrooms 2 and 3 and offers a bath with shower over, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel radiator.
There is also a ground floor WC located at the end of the hallway. Here you will also find the combined washer/dryer.
At the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden with a luscious lawn area and a paved patio area with an alfresco dining set for up to 6 guests and a gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying those warm summer evenings! With the open fields that border Siskin Cottage, do keep an eye out, particularly at dusk, for flocks of pink-footed geese coming to roost, a curlew or two or perhaps even a barn owl exploring the hedgerows that line the rolling fields.
