Turandot is a fabulous new property to join our portfolio that boasts some of the best views on the North Norfolk coast! Located in the coastal village of Titchwell, here you will find yourself within walking distance of 2 well known dining options, Titchwell Manor and Briarfields as well as being able to access the coastal path for scenic walks. The RSPB nature reserve is also located on the edge of the village, perfect for twitchers and nature lovers. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, additional snug/games room with an Xbox console, Smart TV’s with Sky TV throughout and off-road parking for 3-4 cars. What’s more, your dogs can come along too!

Perfectly placed to explore the wild coastline that surrounds Titchwell, you can access the coastal footpath or visit the RSPB reserve where you will find an abundance of wildlife and access to the secluded sandy beach. You are also within walking distance of two good restaurants, Titchwell Manor and Briarfields. With 4 delightful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living area, this is the ideal coastal retreat for families and friends to gather and enjoy some downtime. Living Area
The open plan living area is bright and spacious and makes a great social space for your party to spend quality time together. Offering stunning views over the marshes, dunes and out to sea, this area is the place to be whatever the weather! In the warmer months you can open the bifold doors and really take in the coastal fresh air, or in the cooler months you can get nice and toasty by firing up the roaring wood burning stove! There are also Sonos speakers built into the ceiling of the kitchen and dining area allowing you to play your favourite music while cooking up a storm or to create a nice ambience with background music at mealtimes.
The Kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including double built-in ovens, integrated fridge/freezer, Miele dishwasher, Miele induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast bar comes with 4 stools and there is a selection of fresh herbs planted in troughs for you to use. There is also a separate utility room for all your laundry needs, complete with a Miele washing machine, Miele tumble dryer, microwave, and an additional sink.
The centrally placed dining area is furnished with a large wooden dining table seating up to 8 guests, and beside this there is a relaxed reading area, perfect for anyone wanting a bit of quiet time with their favourite book, while not being left out of all the action!
The lounge area offers direct access into the rear garden and panoramic views of the wild coast through the floor to ceiling glass bifold doors. Complete with a comfortable corner sofa to sink into, a wood burning stove and a large Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar and Sky TV.
Snug/TV Room
On the ground floor there is a separate snug/TV room – perfect as a children’s playroom or “den” for older children/teenagers in the group. Here you will find a Smart TV with Sky TV, an Xbox console, and a selection of board games. This room also has bifold doors offering direct access to the garden and beautiful views of the coast.
Adjacent to this room there is also an office/study with a desk and chair for anybody who’s work goes everywhere with them.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 4 spacious bedrooms located on the first floor, each providing a sanctuary in which to relax and let your troubles melt away!
Family Shower Room: Located on the ground floor there is a marble tiled shower room with a power shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 1: The twin-bedded room overlooks the front of the property and offers 2 single beds, a freestanding chest of drawers and wall-hanging space.
Family Bathroom: Furnished with marble tiles and equipped with a bath with rainfall shower over, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 2: Complete with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, dressing table with a stool and a full-length mirror.
Bedroom 3: The spacious master suite really is the room with a view! With floor to ceiling glass bifold doors really showing off the stunning views over the coast! These doors can also be opened to make the most of the Juliette balcony. Complete with a super king size bed, dressing table with stool and mirror, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating, and a Smart TV with Sky TV. This room also has its own en suite with marble tiles, a large walk-in shower with rainfall or power shower options, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 4: Also offering stunning views over the coast, with bifold doors and a Juliette balcony, this room is furnished with a super king size bed (which can also be split into twins upon request), built-in wardrobes, dressing table with stool and mirror, relaxed seating, and a Smart TV with Sky TV. This room also has an en suite with a large walk-in shower with rainfall or power shower options, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel radiator.
Outside
At the front of the property there is a brick weave driveway providing off-road parking for up to 4 cars, which can be secured with an oak 5-bar gate.
To the rear of the property there is a lovely garden with a paved patio offering al fresco dining, with a table and chairs and a brick-built BBQ. There is also an area of lawn bordered by pretty flower beds. Here you can also take in the wonderous views across the field to the dunes and out to sea – what better setting on a warm summers evening!
Please note that the rear wall of the garden is low and can be scaled by children and dogs. This wall backs immediately onto a field.
