The delightful bedroom is beautifully light and bright with views to the front of the property across the large sweeping driveway. Elegantly furnished with a double bed, matching bedside tables and an open wardrobe with hanging and shelf storage for your clothes. Shower Room Situated directly opposite the bedroom is the modern shower room, featuring a walk-in power shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel radiator and a shelving storage unit.
The open plan living area has a very homely feel to it and is the perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy some quality time together. With large glass windows on all three sides of the room, you are afforded with plenty of natural light and views of the lovely grounds all around you.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, a Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer with a water dispenser, a large ceramic Belfast sink, microwave, dishwasher, a combined washing/drying machine, toaster, Breville hot cup water dispenser and a Tassimo coffee machine.
The cosy lounge area has a comfortable leather sofa on which you can snuggle up in front of the roaring wood burner on a cold winters’ day. Alternatively, you can catch up on your favourite programmes or watch a DVD on the large TV, equipped with Sky Q.
There is also a dining table in the centre of the room that can seat up to four guests.
To the side of the property you have your own pretty garden area. There is a fence separating it from the garden of the main house, while the front is open onto the large driveway, which is fully enclosed with the electric gates shut. The luscious lawn is bordered with established shrubs and plants and there is an outdoor table and chairs on the gravel area under the canopy of the trees.
