Guests staying at Woodville will enjoy the quick access to many walks and cycleways that are nearby and/or pass through Brancaster directly. Very quickly you can find yourself enjoying a walk on the coastal path that can take you east or west, depending upon your whim. Travelling further allows you to join up with the Peddars Way, giving access to the winding roads and countryside of this beautiful part of Norfolk.
Living Area
Being the central hub of the house, this spacious, open-plan living area is a great social space where everyone can be together while offering plenty of options for people to relax. This also allows the head chef to stay involved while cooking up a storm in the kitchen! This room is filled with natural light from the 3 sets of bifold doors that all open into the enclosed rear garden, ideal for good weather days and al fresco dining!
The kitchen is very well-equipped with modern facilities including an induction hob, Bosch double oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Magimix coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The large central island couples as a breakfast bar with 3 stools and provides plenty of worktop space for preparation.
The generous dining area accommodates up to 10 guests around a large extendable table. The comfortable seats allow for those long lazy meals before retiring to the lounge seating, either in the kitchen or in the adjoining more formal sitting room. Both the lounge and the sitting room have a large Smart TV with sound bar. The dining are has a wood burner that you can leave to crackle away while you dine.
Utility
Located just off the kitchen there is a utility room complete with a combined washer/dryer, sink, microwave and cleaning equipment.

Cosy and comfortable, this is the perfect place where guests can escape to enjoy some peace and quiet or to indulge in their current book of choice with their favourite tipple!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Five stylish, spacious bedrooms await, all of which are set across the first and second floors.
Bedroom 1 – Set on the first floor at the front of the property, the master bedroom offers ample space and is furnished with a sumptuous king size bed, built-in wardrobe, freestanding chest of drawers, Smart TV, large full-length mirror and a relaxed seating area. This room also boasts its own en suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower and additional hand-held shower, twin hand basins, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 – Also on the first floor at the front of the property, this light and spacious room is furnished with a king size bed, a freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers, Smart TV and an Ottoman. This room shares use of the family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Overlooking the rear of the property on the first floor, this lovely light room is furnished with a double bed, a freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers, Smart TV and a full-length mirror. This room shares use of the family bathroom.
Family Bathroom – Set on the first floor, this contemporary bathroom features a rainfall shower and additional hand-held shower over the large bath, a wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 4 – Set on the second floor in the eaves of the house, this spacious room offers a king size bed, a freestanding chest of drawers, wall-hanging space and a relaxing armchair. This room shares use of the family shower room.
Bedroom 5 – Set on the second floor in the eaves of the house, this twin bedded room is ideal for children with bright pops of colour giving it a sense of fun!
Family Shower Room – Servicing both second floor bedrooms, this room provides a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
There is also a shower and WC on the ground floor.
Outside
The enclosed rear garden is south facing and provides a private, enclosed space where all the group can relax. With its private setting, secure nature, ample seating and the artificially turfed area, all ages should be able to relax and enjoy the space.
Adjacent to the kitchen bi-fold doors, you will also find outdoor seating and dining table with a charcoal BBQ. During the summer, the garden sees a good amount of sun throughout much of the day.
There is off-road parking for two cars, with roadside parking providing additional spaces.
