Being the central hub of the house, this spacious kitchen offers plenty options for people to relax. Whether it be around the centre island, the dining table or in adjacent comfy seating area, everyone can be together, while not necessarily having to enjoy the same pursuits. With the open plan nature of the space, even chef can stay involved.
Facilities are generous and modern, giving guests the use of an induction hob, Bosch double oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Magimix coffee machine and a large worktop space for preparation. The kitchen is also fully stocked with a complete Barefoot inventory of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The comfortable seats around the dining table allow for those long lazy meals. To follow, you can retire to lounge seating, either in the kitchen or in the more formal lounge. Both the lounge and the kitchen have a large Smart TV with sound bar. The room also has a wood burner that you can leave to crackle away while you dine.
There are also several large bi-fold doors that open into the enclosed garden, ideal for good weather days and outside dining!
Off from the kitchen, you have the utility room. Complete with washer/dryer, sink and cleaning equipment.
Lounge and Snug
Cool and comfortable, with plenty of comfortable seating, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploration. Set up with a large Smart TV, you can settle in for an evening of entertainment.
In addition to the kitchen and lounge spaces, you also have a smaller snug where guests can escape to get some peace and quiet.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Five bedrooms await, all of which are on the 1st and 2nd floors. Each has their own style, and all offer good storage and a peaceful night’s rest in a comfortable bed.
Bedroom 1 – Double bed with TV on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 2 – King bed with TV on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 3 – The master bedroom is also on the 1st floor and it features a king double bed and TV. The room is en-suite with a shower and WC.
On the 1st floor landing, you will find the modern family bathroom. It features bath with large bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedded room on the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 5 – King bedded room on the 2nd floor.
Both 2nd floor bedrooms are served by the bathroom with shower and WC, accessed from the 2nd floor landing.
There is also a shower and WC on the ground floor.
The enclosed rear garden provides a private, enclosed space where all the group can relax. With its private setting, secure nature, ample seating and the astroturfed area, all ages should be able to relax and enjoy the space.
Adjacent to the kitchen bi-fold doors, you will also find outdoor seating and dining table with charcoal BB. During the summer, the garden sees a good amount of sun throughout much of the day.
There is off-road parking for two cars, with roadside parking providing additional spaces.
