Equidistant between Holme-next-the-Sea and Thornham, you’re spoilt for choice by way of the many great dining options, all within a five-minute drive. Great walks and beaches are also only a stones throw away, with special mentions to Old Hunstanton, Holme and Brancaster. With abundant space to gather and with an enclosed rear garden, Wynholme is perfectly equipped for group of all sizes and ages, you can even bring the dog!
Entering Wynholme via the large hallway, you soon find yourself in the spacious, open plan kitchen that has been well-equipped to cater for large gatherings, special occasion dinners or just a late and lazy breakfast.
In addition to a fully stocked inventory of table and kitchenware, the kitchen offers; large fridge freezer, three Smeg ovens, Smeg induction hob, large smart TV, centre island with two stools and wine fridge.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you have dining space for eight people. By opening up one of the three bi-fold doors, the space can be transformed very quickly so that you can make full use of the good weather. Alternatively, you can take the dining outside and enjoy the use the outside dining set up.
Between the kitchen and the formal lounge, you also have an area that is perfect for relaxing in after a nice meal, complete with comfy seating and set up around a large wood-burner that can also be enjoyed from the dining and kitchen areas.
A super comfortable room with plenty of space and a huge smart TV. Ideal for watching movies or just chilling out for a mid -afternoon snooze.
Covering the practical needs of most groups, the utility has a washer/dryer, sink and small supplementary fridge/freezer.
Four well-appointed bedrooms, with one on the ground floor and three on the first floor, each with their own unique style, but all offer the same high-quality furnishing.
Bedroom 1 – Ground floor bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and is served by the en suite shower and WC.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedded room in a contemporary style.
Bedroom 3 – King bedded room on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 4 – This elegant and roomy master bedroom has a super-king sized bed that can, upon request, be made into twin beds. En suite with large double shower and WC.
In addition to the two en suite bedrooms, you also have a family bathroom on the 1st floor that offers a luxurious free-standing bath and separate shower.
To the rear of the property, there is an established garden that is fully enclosed and backs on to the grassland and saltmarshes that border the coastline. There is also a BBQ and outside seating and with parasol that can be easily accessed through the bi-fold doors in the kitchen. This is a great space in which children and dogs can safely play.
Nearby, you have the Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve at Holme-next-the-Sea and you are often able to spot raptors, such as kestrels and marsh harriers, patrolling the adjacent grassland and saltmarshes. In autumn through to the spring, you can enjoy the thousands of geese that regularly pass over head, on their way to and from the winter fodder that is provided by the locally grown crop of sugar beet.
To the front of the property, there is a generous amount of off-road parking for up to 5 cars on the gravel drive. This area is not secure from the road.
