Property Services Assistant

Barefoot Retreats’ Property Services Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of our luxury holiday cottages, helping to protect the guest experience and give support to homeowners. A full time role, based in the office, you’ll liaise with homeowners and organise trusted local trades to resolve maintenance needs efficiently, keeping clear records and communicating updates throughout. The role also includes some rota cover of the out of office hours phone, and occasional site visits to assess issues, coordinate works, and ensure everything is completed to Barefoot Retreats’ standards.

Maintenance Technician

Barefoot Retreats’ Maintenance Technician helps keep our holiday cottages in excellent condition, ensuring every stay runs smoothly and meets our brand standards. You’ll act as a professional, thoughtful ambassador when supporting guests and homeowners, responding to issues with care and attention to detail. The role is hands-on and varied, covering general maintenance across core trades, repairs and replacements, identifying and reporting hazards, assessing risks, and troubleshooting technology such as Wi-Fi and audio-visual. You’ll be organised, security-conscious, able to prioritise calmly under pressure, and confident working to time-sensitive deadlines. 4 days per week, working between Mon – Sat (2 in 4 Saturdays).

Reservations & Retreat Specialist

As Barefoot Retreats continues to grow, we are expanding our Reservations team and are looking for a full-time Reservations & Retreat Specialist to join us at our Burnham Market office.

This role is office-based, working five days per week, with two Saturdays in every four on a rota basis.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, handling guest enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our reservations department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning holiday letting company in a friendly and professional environment.

Part time Property Checker

We are recruiting for a Property Checker to join our housekeeping team, helping to get our lovely properties along the North Norfolk coast ready for guest arrivals and departures on a Monday and Friday. Applicants must have an up to date driving license. Full training and uniform provided.

Holiday Let Cleaners

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic cleaners to join our housekeeping team, helping to keep our beautiful properties along the North Norfolk coast sparkling clean and well-maintained. Applicants must have an up to date driving license. Part time positions with flexible hours.
