Reservations & Retreat Specialist
Join the Barefoot Retreats team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of luxury holiday homes. As a Reservations & Retreat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and homeowners, managing enquiries, bookings, payments, and pre-arrival communications while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the Barefoot Retreats brand. This varied and rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Working closely with homeowners, guests, and internal teams, you will help maximise bookings, support sales initiatives, and ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to departure.
Full time position (5 days per week Monday to Saturday, working 2 in for 4 Saturdays)

Holiday Let Cleaners
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic cleaners to join our housekeeping team, helping to keep our beautiful properties along the North Norfolk coast sparkling clean and well-maintained. Applicants must have an up to date driving license. Part time positions with flexible hours.
