Are the pools and hot tubs available to use all year round?

The rules vary from property to property. However, generally speaking, outside pools are available for use between April and October. Hot tubs can typically be used all year round but there may be specifics on heating and maintenance. It is best to check the individual listing of the holiday home you are interested in booking and getting in touch if you need further information.

Are the pools and hot tubs checked and maintained reguarly?

Rest assured any property that has a pool or a hot tub is maintained and treated as required, this includes cleaning and water hygiene conservation. The documentation of your chosen holiday cottage will have details on how to work and remove debris from any hot tub or pool during your stay.

Is the pool at my accommodation heated?

You will be able to find specific details regarding the pool in the property listing. The Old Rectory has an outdoor heated swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi. Kempstone Manor Farm has an indoor swimming complex which is also heated. All hot tubs and Jacuzzis at the various properties will be heated but will likely need to be turned on upon arrival.

Are there any age restrictions for using the hot tubs or pools?

We want all the family to enjoy their Barefoot Retreats holiday. Children should be accompanied by an adult whenever using a pool or hot tub at any of our properties.

Can we invite non-guests to use the hot tub or pool?

Only guests who are staying in the property are permitted to use any of the facilities.
