A generous farmhouse-style dining table comfortably seats ten, ideal for convivial dinners or leisurely brunches, while the soft neutral palette, plush seating, and curated décor create a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is a true centrepiece of the home, combining refined design with exceptional functionality. Bespoke cabinetry in soft, neutral tones is paired with a striking central island with breakfast bar lined with four stools. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including 2 integrated electric ovens, an additional combined microwave/oven, large induction hob, double ceramic sink with Qettle tap offering boiling and filtered water, integrated dishwasher, double fridge freezer, additional wine cooler, and a Magimix Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). Whether preparing family meals or enjoying evening drinks at the island, this kitchen is designed for stylish, sociable, luxury living.

The inviting lounge is designed for relaxed gatherings and quiet moments alike. Beautifully furnished with plush, neutral-toned sofas and armchairs, the space exudes coastal elegance while maintaining a homely charm. There is also a vast selection of family games, children’s toys, and books available, providing plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

Adjacent to the open plan living area is a cosy snug which has been designed as a comfortable space in which to relax with two comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and a desk with chair for any work/study needs during your stay.

Just off the entrance hall there is a functional boot room perfect for storing all your coats and shoes, while the adjoining utility room is ideal for any laundry needs with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

There is also a WC with wash hand basin located on the ground floor.

Bedroom 2: A sophisticated space furnished with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, a stylish dressing table with stool and mirror, and a TV. The private en suite includes a walk-in rainfall shower with additional hand-held shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

Bedroom 3: This charming twin room includes two full-size single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and an en suite with a walk-in rainfall shower with additional hand-held shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

Bedroom 4: Designed with younger guests in mind, this playful yet practical bedroom features two sets of full-size bunk beds, a built-in wardrobe, free-standing chest of drawers, and shares access to the family bathroom located opposite.
