Set in a private complex just off the ‘coast road’, The Corner House is perfectly placed within walking distance to the expansive sands at Brancaster beach, the Royal Golf Club, the coastal footpath and The Ship Hotel restaurant.


Open the doors to this magnificent, contemporary barn boasting five en suite bedrooms, off-road parking, and being dog friendly too, this property really does tick all the boxes! This splendid retreat has been thoughtfully furnished to an exceptionally high standard with contemporary touches and stylish features throughout, creating the ideal retreat for friends to gather or for families wanting to spend some quality time together on the coast!


The grounds of the property completely envelope this stunning house. Access to the property is through the manually operated wooden gates, which open to the bricked driveway where there is off-road parking for up to six cars and an untethered EV charging point available to use through the Tapit app. With the gates shut, the property is fully enclosed and secure, although it is partly overlooked by the neighbouring property.

There is a lovely lawn area lined with trees and a wicker weave fence – perfect for the kids to burn off some energy! There is also a patio area with outside seating for 10 and a Gas BBQ available for you to use to really make the most of the long, warm summer evenings!

Room Descriptions

Entrance Hall

As you first enter the property you will find yourselves in the entrance hall where there is ample storage for your coats and shoes, an umbrella stand (perfect for those rainy days!) as well as affording access to the ground floor WC and separate utility room.

Utility Room

The separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and clothes airer. There is also ample storage available in the built-in cupboards for you to use.

Living Area

The expansive open plan living area consists of a kitchen, dining area and lounge, and is the perfect social space for all of your party to spend some quality time together. The room is enveloped with natural light streaming through the glass walls on either side of the room. On one side there is a door that opens out onto the driveway while on the opposite side there is a large wall of sliding doors that can be opened to allow access into the lovely, enclosed garden. There is also a Sonos system available for you to connect to and play your favourite music through the built-in speakers in the ceiling.

The fabulously sleek kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances, including two built-in ovens (one is a steam oven), two integrated fridge freezers, two dishwashers, a double sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a beautifully hand-made wooden dining table with seating for up to 10 guests where you can enjoy a banquet of food that has been rustled up by the master chef in the group!

The lounge area is furnished with a large comfy corner sofa and 2 armchairs, which are centred around the cosy wood burner and large TV. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s available along with a variety of family games and a chess board for you to enjoy!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 5 beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms throughout the property. One on the ground floor and four on the first floor which are accessed via the beautiful central open tread staircase. At the top of the staircase there is a relaxed seating area with two oversized chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by and admire the views of the village.

Bedroom 1

The “green fern” bedroom is located on the ground floor overlooking the rear garden and is furnished with a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe with drawers, a wall-mounted Smart TV and an en suite shower room, complete with a rainfall effect shower, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

The “blue coral” room is set on the first floor and offers a super king size bed, two built-in wardrobes, two comfy armchairs providing relaxed seating, a dressing table with a stool and mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The spacious en suite is equipped with a large, walk-in rainfall effect shower, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3

The “pink tulip” room is set on the first floor and offers a king size bed, two built-in wardrobes, a dressing table with a stool and mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The en suite is equipped with a large, walk-in rainfall effect shower, a separate bath with a hand-held shower attachment, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 4

The “butterfly” room on the first floor has been beautifully designed and is lovely and light with a Juliette balcony. Furnished with a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with a stool and mirror and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The en suite shower room is complete with a rainfall effect shower, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 5

The first-floor twin bedroom has a large velux window that makes the room light and bright and has an attractive ‘orange coral’ design. Furnished with a freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The en suite is equipped with a large, walk-in rainfall effect shower, a separate bath with a hand-held shower attachment, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Please note that stairgates are only to be fitted to the door frames in this property, the glass panels on the stairs are not suitable.

The villages of Brancaster and Brancaster Staithe are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the north Norfolk coast. With a glorious beach and thriving fishing and sailing communities, Brancaster is perfect for a coastal holiday. Brancaster sits on the Norfolk Coast Path and is made up of two villages, Brancaster Staithe and Brancaster.

Brancaster beach is one of Norfolk’s glorious beaches, with miles of unspoilt golden sand, as far as the eye can see, and has the added advantage of being incredibly child friendly and dog friendly too. There are plenty of pubs in and around Brancaster so you'll never be short of somewhere to visit after your day at the beach.

A key destination for any visit to the North Norfolk coast, the Brancasters offer a wide range of activities and opportunities for all ages. Both villages have been formed around the ‘coast road’ (A149) and can easily be explored by walking the pathways that link the two together. You will find excellent places to eat, offering locally caught produce from the harbour at Brancaster Staithe.
