Introduction

Mulberry Cottage is a charming holiday retreat located in the idyllic village of Thornham. The cottage is a beautiful five-bedroom house that can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The cottage offers five en suite bathrooms, ensuring that each guest has their own private space.
The cottage is designed in an upside-down style, with the living area located on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the ground floor. This design maximises the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, making for a truly unforgettable holiday experience.

Inside

The first floor living area is spacious and airy, with a large open plan design that includes a comfortable lounge area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed, making it perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. With large windows and a balcony, you are greeted with stunning panoramic views and have the best seat in the area for enjoying the famous Norfolk sunsets.

The ground floor snug/TV room is a great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoying a movie or just hanging out and enjoying the company.

The bedrooms are located across the ground floor, first floor and in the annexe. All are spacious and comfortable with their own unique character and boast their own en suites.

Outside

The rear garden is a serene oasis of relaxation and recreation. It is fully enclosed providing complete privacy and security for guests to unwind and enjoy their holiday in peace. The large paved terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco dining, with a wooden dining table and chairs set against a backdrop of lush greenery. Beyond the terrace lies a vast expanse of emerald green lawn providing the ideal spot for kids and dogs to run around and play.

Under a covered area on the terrace, there's a table tennis table and a giant Jenga set. This is a great spot for some friendly competition and a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening. The covered area also provides shelter from the elements, so guests can enjoy their games regardless of the weather.

The gravel driveway at the front of the property offers off-road parking for up to five cars. This provides ample space for guests to park their vehicles securely and conveniently.

Thornham village sits in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and visitors can enjoy excellent views of the coast from the chalk ridges that lie just inland, before descending onto the saltmarshes and beaches of the coastline. Thornham has an excellent array of pubs and restaurants as well as the shops, deli and famous fish and chips at Drove Orchards, which makes a great spot to visit and well worth dropping into as you meander down the coast.
