Bathed in natural light from multiple angles, it combines traditional charm, highlighted by a classic Belfast sink with the ease of modern appliances, including a Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine (Pods not supplied).

Off the kitchen you will find the utility room with rear access door leading to the garden and housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave this added kitchen storage area with Belfast style single sink completes the culinary space.

Living Area

This elegant open-plan living area revolves around a dual-aspect wood-burning stove and features a luxurious dining space that seats eight, inviting both the eye and the soul. The sitting room flows seamlessly, its muted tones and striking artwork perfectly complemented by sumptuous soft furnishings awaiting your arrival.

The snug bursts with vibrant colours and rich textures, furnished with a flat-screen Smart TV, Sony Bluetooth speaker, soft leather sofa, and a writing desk with chair—an ideal spot to relax or focus.

Pond House features four generous sized bedrooms for you to choose from. Please note that when booking this property, as standard you have the option of the Master bedroom with either bedroom 1, bedroom 3 or bedroom 4, please advise the team when confirming your booking.

Head up to the first floor where you will be welcomed into the four beautiful bedrooms, each with their own unique colours and design.

Bedroom 1

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds which are zip & link so can be made as a super king upon request. With two built-in wardrobes, a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 2

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a sumptuous super king size sleigh bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3

Overlooking the rear garden, this room is furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.

Family Shower Room

Offering a double shower complete with a wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 4

Overlooking the rear garden, this room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.
