With only a 2-minute walk into the centre of the village, you couldn’t be in a better position to enjoy the delights of the North Norfolk coast and all it has to offer. 11 Sandells Walk also features in the Barefoot portfolio, by booking the two together parties of 8 can be accommodated.

Inside

This is the perfect retreat to add some colour into your holiday. Vibrancy awaits your arrival in the well-designed lounge which offers a U shape sofa, perfect to gather and relax after a day of exploring the charming village of Burnham Market.
The 2 first-floor bedrooms offer a cosier nautical feel where guests can enjoy good night’s sleep.

Within walking distance of the property there are many great dining options, from Cafés to fine dining. You will be spoilt for choice with chic shops and boutiques.

Outside

The property offers a safe, enclosed back garden that is divided between a hard-landscaped area on which the BBQ and outside furniture sits, and grassed area with flowery borders.

The property also has off-road parking for up to two cars. Visitors can also make use of the pay and display parking at the nearby Foundry Field public car park.

Open Plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen

The three main areas of the ground floor blend together seamlessly, giving you a space in which your party can congregate, yet still enjoy their own personal pursuits.

The lounge has a large U-shaped sofa that is quite unique in design. Super comfy and in a patchwork colour design, you can laze infront of the curved widescreen TV with DVD player and sound bar.

A dining table for 6 people sits between the kitchen and the lounge. It is also placed perfectly for days when you are able to open the French doors to the enclosed back garden. The table itself creates quite a statement and with comfortable banqueting chairs it is a great spot to enjoy long, late dinners.

A well-appointed kitchen is situated next to the dining table and leaves guests wanting for nothing. Facilities include microwave, induction hob, integrated cooker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

In the entrance hallway there is also a WC and basin.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

The master bedroom offers a zip and link super king bed that can also be made as a twin arrangement. If this is required, please inform the team at the time of booking. The room features ample built-in storage, dressing table and en-suite shower room with WC.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and is directly next to the family bathroom on the landing.

The family bathroom features a nice deep Duravit bath with drench shower over plus hand basin and WC.

Had a great week and tons of fab things. Went on a boat to Scolt Head Island and a great rope course at Holkham Hall. Brancaster is beautiful. Hoping to come back again next year as a week isn't enough.

Lovely stay! We enjoyed Sunday lunch at No.29 and dinner at The White Horse.Lots of beach walks, riding at Holkham Hall, a pony ride with lambing at Snettisham Park Farm and not forgetting mini golf at Hunstanton. Still so much more left to do, thank you!!
