The property offers three king size bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two modern bathrooms and an additional WC, ensuring convenience for all guests. A practical utility room provides extra storage and functionality with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside

The rear garden is fully enclosed ensuring a safe and secure environment for children and dogs. Open the bifold doors from the living area and step out onto the spacious patio where you will find a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor dining set, ideal for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The lawn is well-maintained and provides space for children and dogs to play, perfect for relaxing and embracing the peace and tranquillity afforded by this countryside setting.

The property also includes off-road parking for four cars on the gravel driveway at the front of the house and has a Zappi electric car charging point available for guests to use.

Living area

The large entrance hall welcomes you into the home, featuring stylish decor and plenty of space for coats and shoes.

The heart of the home is an expansive open-plan living area, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in electric oven and induction hob, two under counter fridges each with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, ample counter space, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also features an island with inset ceramic sink and doubles as a breakfast bar for casual dining with four stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a large table set beneath the lantern roof with seating for all guests, perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Adjoining the dining area there is a cosy snug area, with a super comfy corner sofa and large TV, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying a casual conversation. Bifold doors open out into the garden, merging indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Located off the kitchen, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional storage space, making longer stays more convenient.

Adjacent to this space is a separate lounge, featuring a wood burner that adds warmth and character.
