In spring and summer slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors, letting in the salty coastal breeze as you enjoy a glass of something chilled and the views from your open plan kitchen and dining room. Cosy winter nights by the contemporary gas fire for an evening of charades and card games before heading up to the first floor to your sumptuous boutique hotel worthy bedroom.In the semi basement you’ll find squishy bean bags and an oversized sofa for epic movie nights, a bar and shuffleboard for afternoons of friendly competition and laughter with the gang.
Outside:
Split levels, grassy stretches, and endless balconies offer a playground for the wild at heart, we’re talking epic hide ‘n’ seek inside and outside, summer BBQ’s and games on the grass, fresh fish and chips on the veranda and gentle strolls to the local pubs. And after a day’s play on the beautiful beaches, head to the back door where you’ll find an outside handheld shower to wash away your sandy toes!There is off-road parking for 5-6 cars on the gravel driveways.

Living Areas
As you enter through the front door you are greeted with the stunning architectural design of the property, showing off the exposed white brick walls and open staircases that lead to the different floors of the house.
Follow the hallway and you will be welcomed into the stunning open plan living area boasting sea views from every window. The cosy lounge has been beautifully designed as a comfortable space in which to relax with a smart TV and an inside/outside gas fire as the central feature of the room.
The Kitchen/diner is a great social space, perfect for entertaining at any time of year. In the summer months you can open the large sliding doors onto the terrace and unify the inside and outside areas, which in the winter months you can enjoy the panoramic views while keeping nice and warm. The kitchen is well-equipped with 2 built-in electric ovens and a warming drawer, a built-in microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, additional wine fridge, integrated dishwasher and a Quooker hot water tap. The large central island also doubles as a breakfast bar and is lined with 4 wooden stools. There is also an adjoining pantry for additional storage space as well as another sink, toaster and a Philips L’OR coffee machine (pods not provided). The dining area comfortable seats up to 12 guests for formal dining.
On the same floor there is an additional multi-purpose room with a sofa, armchair, smart TV, and a desk with chair. This room can be used as a children’s playroom, secondary TV room, working/studying, peaceful reading or even some soulful yoga.
The boot room is a useful space for neatly storing all your jackets and boots, while the utility room is ideal for any laundry needs with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sink.
There is also a WC and wash handbasin located on this floor.
Games Room
Head down to the semi-basement for all your entertainment needs. Here you will find a cinema area with a large U-shaped sofa and beanbags with a large smart TV with Sonos soundbar, perfect for family movie nights, the shuffleboard table is great for some family-friendly competition, and there is a bar area with a large drinks’ fridge, sink, and a Sonos speaker.
Set below the staircase, there is also a workout area with a matted floor, large mirrors and a set of dumbbells that guests are welcome to use with care and at their own risk.

There are 5 stunning bedrooms all located on the first floor of the property, offering a sumptuous haven of peace and tranquillity for everyone.Bedroom 1: The master bedroom suite is luxuriously furnished with a super king size bed where you can wake up to sea views from the balcony. Within the room, set behind wall screens there is also a large wardrobe and dressing area, free-standing bath, separate walk-in rainfall shower, twin hand basins, heated towel radiator, and a WC.
Bedroom 2: This room is furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror, and an en suite with a walk-in shower rainfall shower, hand basin, heated towel radiator, and WC.
Bedroom 3: This room is furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror, and an en suite with a walk-in shower rainfall shower, hand basin, heated towel radiator, and WC.
Bedroom 4: The twin bedroom is furnished with 2 full size single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and shares use of the adjoining Jack and Jill en suite. Equipped with a free-standing bath, separate walk-in rainfall shower with additional handheld shower option, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 5: This room is perfect for children, furnished with a bespoke set of bunk beds accommodating up to 4 children.
