At the heart of Christmas Cottage is a beautifully designed open-plan living space, combining the kitchen, dining and sitting areas beneath a vaulted ceiling with large skylights that fill the room with natural light. Thoughtfully furnished in calming coastal tones, this welcoming space is perfect for relaxing together after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast.

The comfortable sitting area features a large sofa and armchair arranged around a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy retreat during the cooler months. Built-in illuminated shelving adds character and is stocked with a selection of books and decorative pieces, while a Smart TV provides entertainment for quiet evenings in.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a home-cooked supper. Facilities include an electric oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, Belfast sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a good selection of cookware, crockery, glasses and utensils. Please note, there is no microwave provided.

The adjoining dining area offers a wooden dining table with built-in bench seating and chairs, providing a comfortable place to enjoy meals, plan the day's adventures or settle down with a board game.

Hallway/Utility

Thoughtfully designed with practicality in mind, the hallway also houses a discreet utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays or refreshing walking gear and beachwear.

Ground Floor Bedroom: Offering the convenience of ground floor accommodation, this beautifully presented bedroom provides a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast. The room is furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed, which can also be configured as twin 2'6" single beds on request, making it an ideal choice for couples, friends or family. A built-in wardrobe provides ample storage for your holiday wardrobe, while a charming dressing table offers the perfect spot to get ready for the day ahead. Bedside tables with reading lamps and carefully chosen furnishings complete the inviting feel of the room.

Ground Floor Shower Room: Located next to the ground floor bedroom there is a wet room with rainfall shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.

First Floor Bedroom: Occupying the first floor, the spacious principal bedroom is a wonderfully relaxing sanctuary, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and style throughout your stay. The room features a luxurious super king-size bed, wardrobe for storing your holiday essentials, a dressing table with chair and mirror, and two chests of drawers.
