1 Manor House Apartment is a charming ground floor apartment set in the popular coastal village of Brancaster. Perfectly located within walking distance of the stunning beach and sleeping 4 in two stylish bedrooms, this luxury retreat has been beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, providing a cosy base for friends or family to enjoy.

This modern, cosy ground floor apartment has two charming bedrooms (one of which is en suite), a separate shower room and an open plan living area.

Outside

To the front of the apartment there is a patio area with an outdoor dining set, and opposite this there is a communal grassed area with pretty shrubs and established trees. There are 2 allocated parking spaces in the car park to the side of the apartment.

Entrance

As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into the homely hallway affording access to the open plan living area, the two bedrooms, the family shower room and the utility cupboard including a combined washing/drying machine.

Living Area

The beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge provides the ideal social space for your party to gather so that you can all be together yet enjoying your own pursuits. Overlooking the front of the apartment, the three large sash windows fill the room with natural light, or in the winter close the blinds, light the wood burner and make it nice and cosy!

The Kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, large sink, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine (Coffee pods not provided)

The lounge area comprises a large sofa and two comfy arm chairs nestled around the wood burning stove. Featuring a Smart TV including full Sky TV, including the movies package, and a games cupboard, the family are sure to be entertained.

The large round dining table comfortably seats four people and is set in front of the large sash windows.

Bedroom 1

This elegant bedroom features a double bed, chest of drawers and a large walk-in wardrobe. The large window makes the room beautifully light and bright. The family shower room is located adjacent.

Bedroom 2

A spacious, chic bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. There is also an en-suite shower room with a rain effect shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

Bathrooms

There is one family shower room located adjacent to the double bedroom and one en suite shower room in the king size bedroom. Each are stylishly decorated with beautiful neutral tiles.

With a glorious beach and thriving fishing and sailing communities, Brancaster is perfect for a coastal holiday. Brancaster sits on the Norfolk Coast Path and is made up of two villages, Brancaster Staithe and Brancaster. Brancaster beach is one of Norfolk’s glorious beaches, with miles of unspoilt golden sand, as far as the eye can see, and also has the added advantage of being incredibly child friendly and dog friendly too.

There are plenty of pubs in and around Brancaster, so you'll never be short of somewhere to visit after your day at the beach.

What a delightful week we've had! The apartment is amazing.It is very hard to find good standard dog friendly accommodation but this is up there! Burnham Market is a delightful village, Barefoot Shop worth a visit too. Fabulous comfy beds and such a well equipped apartment. Love all the colour schemes too.
