Introduction

Escape to the Norfolk countryside with a stay at Cranmer Hall Barn, a beautiful Grade II listed barn that dates back to 1752 and was converted in 2014, set on the outskirts of the peaceful village of South Creake. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat or a countryside getaway, Cranmer Hall Barn offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and location.

Inside

Step inside the impressive large reception hall/living room and pick your jaw up off the floor! This majestic property certainly has the wow factor along with some stunning details throughout including the engineered oak flooring, spectacular ornate ceiling and an elegant, grand oak staircase. Accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 elegant king size bedrooms with 2 large Italian marble bathrooms all located on the first floor, a ground floor WC, hand-made kitchen/diner and utility room, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to make some long-lasting memories.

Outside

Outside there is a large walled courtyard with cypress trees, and boarders filled with roses and rosemary. There is a seating area just outside the barn doors where you can enjoy the peaceful setting and evening sun with table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ (fuel not included).

There is also ample off-road parking available.

Please note that the main entrance driveway is shared between Cranmer Hall Barn and Cranmer Hall Orangery. It is possible that there will be guests occupying the adjoining Orangery simultaneously so please be mindful of other guests and neighbouring residents.

Please also note that while the property is dog friendly, the grounds are not secure so some dogs could get out onto the surrounding fields. We recommend keeping dogs on leads as much as possible.
