Underfloor heating keeps toes toasty in winter, while in summer, French doors open onto the pretty courtyard, inviting alfresco BBQ feasts beneath Norfolk’s never ending blue skies. With three perfectly appointed bedrooms upstairs you’ll find peace and rest in abundance.

Outside

Step out to your own sun-drenched sanctuary in the south-facing courtyard garden, stylish and serene with it's sandstone paving and raised sleeper beds. Whether you’re lingering over your morning cuppa or sharing a sunset dinner, the dining space comfortably seats up to eight, creating the perfect backdrop for laughter, long conversations, whatever time of day.

For little ones - or the young at heart - an additional snug/playroom tucked at the rear of the courtyard is a hidden haven. Lounge on the over sized sofa, catch a favourite film, challenge each other on the PS4, while the little ones enjoy a quiet moment of colouring on the mini table & chairs.

Practicality meets ease with off-street parking for one car and additional roadside spaces directly opposite the cottage, so you can arrive, unwind, and let the pace of coastal life take over.
