Introduction

This reverse living retreat harmonises modern living with its coastal setting, just minutes away from the beautiful shores of Brancaster Staithe. Spend your days exploring the breathtaking beaches, historical houses and pretty flint villages that pebble the countryside and coastline of North Norfolk.

Inside

Head up the stairs to the open plan living, dining and kitchen space, your front row seat to mother nature and the stunning panoramic vista of Brancaster Staithe. Indulge in slow mornings around the breakfast table over coffee and buttery toast, the salty sea breeze from the open window and the gentle bird song the soundtrack to your stay. After days exploring, spend your afternoons and evenings playing cards and games by the roaring log burner or movies with local deli platters and a bottle of something delicious curled up together.

On the ground floor you’ll find 3 spacious and contemporary bedrooms, including a twin and master en-suite and finally a bold and beautiful panelled family bathroom.

Outside

In spring nestle on the balcony as the sun sets over North Norfolk with a glass of red and a takeaway pizza from the Jolly Sailors pub. Indulge in decadent summer BBQ's in the courtyard with freshly caught fish under Norfolk’s famous big skies. Autumn and Winter at 3 The Maltings is just as good, picture windswept dog walks on the nearby beach, before cosy pubs lunches at The White Horse and back to base to hunker down by the fire.

There is a pathway leading round the side of the property that joins straight onto the coastal path, where you can then head east or west to explore the stunning coastline.

There are 2 allocated off-road parking spaces for the property.

Quick guide to your location

A key destination for any visit to the North Norfolk coast, the Brancaster’s offer a wide range of activities and opportunities for all ages. Both villages have been formed around the ‘coast road’ (A149) and can easily be explored by walking the pathways that link the two together. You will find excellent places to eat, offering locally caught produce from the harbour at Brancaster Staithe.

For the foodies among the group, you are located just a short walk from the popular Jolly Sailors pub and within walking distance of the award-winning White Horse restaurant and Deepdale Café in the adjoining village of Burnham Deepdale. Here you will also find a selection of shops and a petrol station making up Deepdale Market. You are also within walking distance of the harbour where you will find the coastal path for stunning walks, sailing facilities, the Fish Shed where you can buy freshly caught seafood and the children can spend endless hours crabbing from the harbour wall. The expansive sandy beach at Brancaster is also just 2 miles away.
