The kitchen at Pond House is a welcoming space to gather around for breakfast or chat whilst culinary delights are created, this well-equipped space with natural light from multi aspects has a traditional feel with a Belfast style sink blended perfectly with the convenience of modern appliances, including Nespresso CitiZ Coffee Machine. Please note this takes the standard Nespresso Pods (Not supplied).

Off the kitchen you will find the utility room with rear access door leading to the garden and housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave this added kitchen storage area with Belfast style single sink completes the culinary space.

Living Area

This stylish open plan living space centres around the dual aspect wood burning stove and offers a luxury dining space that comfortably seats eight and is as welcoming to the eyes as it is your soul. The sitting room perfectly complements through muted tones and stunning artwork that is only rivalled by the sumptuous soft furnishings that await your arrival.

The snug boasts vibrant colours and a stunning choice of fabrics. Complete with a flat screen Smart TV, Sony Bluetooth speaker and soft leather sofa as well as writing desk and chair.

Head through to the garden room which is the ideal place to watch over the children playing in the garden or a sheltered spot to enjoy a glass of wine in this heated garden room during the cooler months. With comfortable seating it may be just the right place to catch up on a spot of reading during your break.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Head up to the first floor where you will be welcomed into the four beautiful bedrooms, each with their own unique colours and design.

Bedroom 1

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds which are zip & link so can be made as a super king upon request. With two built-in wardrobes, a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 2

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a sumptuous super king size sleigh bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3

Overlooking the rear garden, this room is furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.

Family Shower Room

Offering a double shower complete with a wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 4

Overlooking the rear garden, this room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, relaxed seating and a smart TV.

There is also a shower room located on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin, and a heated towel radiator.
