Introduction

Revas is a beautiful three-bedroom property set in a peaceful location in the vibrant village of Burnham Market. This striking property is a classic example of how to bring traditional living into the 21st century. With an abundance of village amenities and just a short drive from the award-winning beaches on the North Norfolk coast, this property is ideally located for a peaceful yet equally active coastal holiday with friends or family.

Inside

This unique property is stylishly designed and offers open plan sociable living on the ground floor. There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room, with 2 further generous bedrooms on the first floor that share the family bathroom, making this a great property for all ages.

Outside

The property is accessed down a long gravel driveway and is hidden behind large gates, where there is also parking for two cars. To the front of the property there is a brick patio area with pretty box planters and seating, where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of village life.

A paved path leads round the side of the house to the rear paved courtyard garden where there is an alfresco dining area with a large table and chairs, which is surrounded by pretty pot plants. The garden is fully enclosed when the large gates at the front of the property are closed.

Room Descriptions

Entrance/Kitchen

As you enter the property through the stable door you are immediately welcomed into the modern, well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. The stylish vaulted ceiling gives a delightfully spacious and light feel to the room, which opens up into the lounge/dining area.

Living area

The open plan living area consists of a rustic dining area that seats 8 people, and a comfortable lounge area with a large sofa and two arm chairs that are centred around the feature fireplace with its traditional stone hearth and wooden mantle. The room is flooded with the beauty of natural light from the large French doors, which can also be opened out onto the patio area at the front of the property. Featuring a Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD player, Samsung speaker and a good selection of books and DVD’s.

From here, the room leads through to the spacious hallway where the stairs are located as well as a study area with a beautiful antique leather topped desk and chair. Head further down the hallway and you will find the twin bedroom, shower room and access to the rear courtyard garden.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are three bedrooms set over two floors; one ground floor twin bedroom and two first floor king size bedrooms.

Bedroom 1

The pretty ground floor twin bedroom overlooks the rear courtyard garden and features and chest of drawers, wall hanging space located behind the door and statement floral curtains. The shower room is located opposite.

Bedroom 2

This spacious first floor bedroom overlooks the rear of the property and features a king size sleigh bed, antique dressing table with chair and mirror, arm chair and built in wardrobes. There is also a selection of family games located in one of the cupboards.

Bedroom 3

Also on the first floor, this bedroom features a stunning large apex window that engulfs the room with natural light. With a king size bed, arm chair and a wall of built in wardrobes, you are afforded plenty of space in which to relax and unwind.

Bathrooms

At the top of the stairs, positioned between the two first floor bedrooms, is the family bathroom. Also decorated with natural stone tiled floor and walls features a bath with central taps and a hand-held shower, sink and WC.

On the ground floor there is a shower room located directly opposite the twin bedroom. Featuring natural stone tiled floor and walls, a lavish walk-in rain shower, sink and WC.
