A luxury self-catering bolthole in more ways than one, with bi-fold doors from the open plan living, dining area and kitchen onto the private garden; this spacious retreat boasts plenty of privacy when two families are holidaying together and has all the mod cons you could need.With chalky greys and whites and plenty of space to chill and relax, this house provides a calming influence on all that choose to stay. The cottage is also well suited to generational gatherings as one of the en-suite bedrooms is on the ground floor, making it easy for those who prefer one-level living.
Outside
Nestled down a quiet single track road off the village green, Stile Cottage is just a hop skip and a jump from the village centre. With a fully enclosed garden with pretty terrace, this pad offers an idyllic setting for alfresco suppers and late night chats under the stars!The bi-fold doors which open up from the open plan dining, kitchen and living area onto the terrace literally brings the outside in. On a morning, the sun will rouse you from your sleep and warm you as you enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace. Pop across the road to the cafe to buy your croissants. The lure of the coast will ensure you are out and about before you know it for a fun day at the beach, visiting some of the historic villages, local adventure parks or nature reserves which are abundant along this coast. On returning on an evening, fire up the barbecue and have a fabulous dinner.
The garden is enclosed, and the driveway will accommodate one car (maybe two if smaller).

Living Area
The open plan living area is the hub of the house and offers plenty of light and space to bring everyone together, while being cleverly zoned into areas so that you can enjoy your individual pursuits too. There are two large corner sofas set back-to-back, one facing the TV as a lounge area, while the other faces the kitchen and dining area.The dining area is set beside the bi-fold doors overlooking the garden and comfortably seats up to 6 guests.
The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, an integrated fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, Quooker tap and Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This luxury pad has a contemporary feel throughout and this continues in all three bedrooms.Bedroom 1
The ground floor bedroom with its large French doors has a super king zip and link bed, meaning that this can be made into a twin bedroom if required. Boasting a wall of wardrobes, you can bring as many outfits as you wish on holiday with you! This room also boasts its own en suite with a rainfall shower, WC, hand basin, and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 2
There is also a smaller bedroom on the ground floor with a sets of twin beds.
Family bathroom
Located across the hallway from the twin room on the ground floor and equipped with a bath with hand-held shower attachment, WC, hand basin, and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 3
Head up the staircase with its stylish glass balustrade and you will come to the master bedroom suite which has a fabulous glass apex window overlooking the neighbouring roof tops. This fabulously light room also benefits from its own en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower WC, hand basin, and a heated towel radiator.
