For a couple looking for that perfect getaway you need not look any further than West Barn. In this tranquil spot you will be able to enjoy the surrounding area and all that it offers, before retreating to the supreme comfort of this beautiful cottage.

Inside

Whether it is the height of the summer or the depths of winter, you’ll find the property equally as enjoyable and well prepared, whatever the weather. Featuring wood-burner, a large bedroom with super king bed and adjacent luxury en suite bathroom.

As you’ll see from the pictures, this is a property that lacks for nothing! West Barn A is directly next door so why not book them both if you have a group of four people.

Outside

West Barn B has a pretty enclosed south facing back garden with newly planted flower beds and patio area. Bi-fold doors from the lounge open out onto the patio, perfect for those long summer evenings!

Off-road parking is provided at the front of the property.

West Barn is very well-equipped throughout with modern integrated kitchen that flows into the open plan dining and lounge spaces. Furthermore, by opening the bi-fold doors you can open up the rear of the house to allow the outside in, a fantastic feature in the summer.

Bedroom and Bathroom

On the first floor, West Barn B has one master bedroom with super king bed, beautifully staged with luxury furnishings. The bedroom has been decorated in a timelessly classical style and you can feel yourself unwind from the moment that you enter.

Directly adjacent is the en suite bathroom where you will find a huge free-standing bath and separate walk-in shower.

Quick guide to your location

North Creake is an attractive village about three miles south of the beautiful village of Burnham Market and located north of the market town of Fakenham. There is a post office and the wel-coming Jolly Farmers traditional village pub. North Creake is perfectly positioned for the North Norfolk coast with its long sandy beaches, walks and wildlife.

The River Burn runs through the village, flowing onwards to Burnham Overy Town and Burn-ham Overy-Staithe. At one time this was a major waterway for trade but in latter centuries the river has silted up and no longer has the capacity to allow passage from the sea.
