Living Area
As the heart of the home, this bright and beautifully open-plan living space is designed for togetherness, making it the perfect social hub for families and friends. Whether you’re gathered around the table, curled up on the sofa, or chatting with the chef as they work their magic in the kitchen, there’s space for everyone to relax without feeling on top of one another. Three sets of bi-fold doors flood the room with natural light and open directly onto the enclosed rear garden—perfect for sunny days, spontaneous al fresco lunches, and evening BBQs under the stars.
The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, featuring everything you need for easy holiday living, from an induction hob and Bosch double oven to a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Magimix coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A generous central island doubles as a breakfast bar with three stools, offering plenty of prep space and a casual spot for morning coffees.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats up to 10 around a large extendable table, with plush seating made for long, leisurely meals. After dinner, sink into the soft lounge seating—either right here or in the adjoining formal sitting room. This room also boasts its own en suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower and additional hand-held shower, twin hand basins, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2
Also on the first floor at the front of the property, this light and spacious room is furnished with a super king bed (which can be made into a twin upon request when booking), a freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers, Smart TV and an Ottoman. This room shares use of the family bathroom.
Bedroom 3
Overlooking the rear of the property on the first floor, this lovely light room is furnished with a king size bed, a freestanding wardrobe, separate chest of drawers, Smart TV and a full-length mirror. This room shares use of the family bathroom.
Family Bathroom
Set on the first floor, this contemporary bathroom features a rainfall shower and additional hand-held shower over the large bath, a wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Please note, the sleeps 6 options does not offer guests access to the second floor bedrooms or bathroom.
