Step through the spacious hall into a sun-drenched open plan living space made for drawn out supper parties, laughter around the dining table and movie marathons cosied up by the wood burner. There’s four beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, including one ground floor en-suite ready for long lazy starts and drawn out bubble baths after a busy day exploring the North Norfolk coast.

Outside

Glide open the bifold doors for a seamless inside outside entertaining space and perfectly formed enclosed garden - think balmy summer evenings under Norfolk’s beautiful big skies, alfresco suppers and card games with a glass of something chilled as the sun begins to settle. After a long day on the beach there’s an outside tap for muddy boots and sandy toes with a side door accessing the utility room.

This property offers roadside parking in a designated lay by to the front of the house.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec appliances, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic butler sink, integrated dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included).
