Then wander down to whichever pub matches your vibe, whether that’s sea views, sea shanties or just a pod serving mussels. And should you be dreaming of a little more space, there’s a sleeps-four annex that invites larger groups to gather in one place.

Introduction
Step into West Heath, a cool coastal home from home tucked away in the popular village of Brancaster Staithe. A modern retreat with a country twist, think exposed beams, natural textures, earthy tones and endless glass giving you a front row seat to the breathtaking coastal countryside and famous Norfolk skies beyond. It's time to pack your bags, grab the gang and head to North Norfolk for a week or two of pure relaxation.Inside
The hub of the home is the open-plan living area with spacious kitchen and dining zones, enjoy lazy mornings gathered around the counter with warm flaky pastries and cappuccinos while you plan your days adventure. Supper parties spent around the large dining table with stoned baked pizzas from The Jolly Sailors pub or a homemade feast of steaming local mussels, buttery bread and a glass of fizz over games of uno and gin rummy from the in house games cupboard.Glide open the floor to ceiling doors letting in the salty sea breeze and summer rays as you fire up the bbq, having stocked up on fresh fish from Staithe Smokehouse. Watch the little ones run wild in inside and outside, games of hide and seek and tag as you bask in the summers day.
Winter at West Heath is just as good, long windswept walks on Brancaster beach followed by cosy afternoons in front of the roaring wood burner with movies and popcorn. Alternatively find a quiet corner of the snug to curl up with a good book and a glass of something red, as you listen to the rain pattering on the glass around you.
Wake up to the sounds of the sea from one of the two boutique hotel worthy en-suite bedrooms upstairs in the main house or opt for the stylish ground floor bedroom with it's own private shower room. For larger groups you can add the contemporary annexe located at the rear of the property with two further spacious twin bedrooms and a shared shower room.
Outside
Whatever the time of year the large sprawling lawn invites al fresco dining and endless play. From here, enjoy direct access to Barrow Common, perfect for scenic walks with your pooch and exploring the natural beauty of North Norfolk. And after your day on the beach sandy toes and muddy boots can be washed away at the outdoor shower.There is ample off-road parking on the shingle driveway which is fully enclosed behind large electric gates.
Located close to the coastline, awarding winning local pubs, and attractions, West Heath is the ideal base for adventures and memories to be made by the sea.

Living Areas
The inviting entrance hall welcomes you into this stunning modern coastal retreat. Just off the hall you will find a utility room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer for all your laundry needs, as well as a ceramic butler sink and a wine fridge.Head along the hallway and you will find the cosy snug with a comfy sofa and armchairs plus a large Smart TV, perfect for some Netflix-and-chill time with your favourite snacks.
The spacious open-plan living area is the focal point of the house, designed for gathering your party and spending some quality time together.
The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa to sink into, an integrated wood-burning stove and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with soundbar. There are also large sliding doors that can be opened to give access to the courtyard at the side of the property.
The large dining table can seat up to 12 guests for either formal or relaxed dining with a lovely view over the rear garden.
Any budding chefs will be right at home in the well-equipped, modern kitchen featuring an integrated oven, steam oven, microwave, induction hob with inset extractor, large Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, double sink with Quooker tap, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor of the main house, this twin-bedded room is ideal for guests with mobility issues. Offering plenty of space, 2 full size single beds, 2 chests of drawers, a comfy armchair and an en suite wet room, complete with a rainfall effect shower plus optional power shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Set on the first floor of the main house, this twin-bedded room is furnished with 2 full size single beds, built-in wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. The en suite is equipped with a walk-in rainfall shower with additional hand-held shower, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: The elegant master bedroom is found on the first floor of the main house and is furnished with a super king size bed, free-standing chest of drawers, and a comfy armchair. The adjoining en suite features a free-standing roll-top bath with hand-held shower attachment, twin hand basins, WC, and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 4: Located in the annexe in the rear garden, this twin-bedded room is equipped with 2 full size single beds, a free-standing chest of drawers and has its own climate control system. This room shares use of the shower room with bedroom 5.
